This Starbucks cannot make good drinks. Not sure if it’s because it’s in target or what. It’s common to have pumps of flavor added and they can’t seem to handle it here. My drink was not complicated but it was too difficult and it tasted gross. Also loved the comment made about my drink by the worker. I’m sorry but 2 pumps of cinnamon and 2 of vanilla is not that high maintenance.

This Starbucks location is the absolute worst. They have always been a terrible location with the lack of access and parking, but now they decided to make their store drive thru only. The problem, they are still accepting mobile orders. I placed a mobile order heading back to work and in doing so, expected to be able to pick up my coffee in ten mins like the app said. Unfortunately, because they are now a drive thru only location, they have NO where for you to pick up your coffee without waiting in line. Mind you, that line in the drive thru, was extended out to 23 mile rd. That’s incredibly poor business and customer service to have a customer able to place a mobile order, in a hurry, and then have them wait 30 mins or more for a cold coffee that they should have been able to pick up right away. Otherwise what is the ping of a mobile order?!?!? This store needs to shut down and find a better location, and definitely needs to stop rudely accepting mobile orders. Luckily, I was able to get my money back from customer service, just ridiculous.

I went through the drive thru the other day and the women who took my order was so pleasant and friendly! She seemed more than happy to take my order and I immediately noticed her positive attitude. When I got to the window she greeted me with a smile and was so nice and friendly. It’s hard to find good customer service and this made me so happy to see. I noticed her name tag said “curly”.

Horrible customer service. It was an older lady I’m not sure if she was a manager or not but she was rude for no reason from the moment I walked up. I went to order my normal and she had a really bad attitude when telling me they were out of it and then I went to order something else and with the same attitude told me they were out of something for that too which is no big deal besides her having to get nasty about it. Then after I finally was done with my order, I asked if they did the rewards and she said yes and then when I went to pay she said they can’t scan the QR code’s when after I ordered I saw her scan a QR for a girl after me. As someone who works in customer service, I get having a bad day but that doesn’t give you the right to take it out on customers who had nothing to do with it.

I got three coffees and they all had coffee grounds all in them. After drinking half of them I thought they emptied the grounds in my cup. After checking the other cups I seen that it wasn’t just mine all 3 had coffee grounds in them… Probably won’t be revisiting…

Vaugh is the absolute best barista I’ve had. I enjoy coming to this Target location because he goes above and beyond for every guest, professional, outgoing, and quick, even when by himself. I am not allowed to leave him a tip because he’s inside a Target, so this is the best way I know how to get him the recognition he deserves.

Started going to this one when the 23mi local closed temporarily and now I won’t go anywhere else! Its always faster, pretty much every employee knows what I drink so they start making it as soon as they see me come in! I will no longer go to any other local if I can help it!
