Stopped here for a Togo lunch. Ordered grilled chicken taco salad. The shell was obviously old and cold. The guacamole had to be old. It was nearly brown, and taste was awful. I will not go there again. Go across town to Nachos, or el cubilete.

Service was good, price is right. Portion size is small but priced fair. Chips were not warm and salsa was of the thicker texture. Food was tasty and I would recommend it. The reason for 4/5 was that the beans were burnt/black on my order and my daughters order.

This restaurant has the BEST service! Every employee is friendly and attentive. The food tastes great & it’s always hot and fresh! And the price is fair. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like excellent customer service (which in my opinion is extremely hard to find anymore).

This was the worst experience at a Mexican restaurant I’ve ever had. They served rotted chicken fajitas. And then tried to say there was nothing wrong with it. I came in with a party of 5. 2 of us ordered the chicken fajitas. Had anyone tried to eat it, they would have gotten food poisoning. Spoke to the manager in a calm and respectful manner, and he responded with an offensive and rude demeanor. Never offered to replace the food with anything different or take anything off the ticket. We paid full price for chicken fajitas that we never ate. Then, he had to audacity to ask if we wanted to go boxes.

Called in an order around 1:00 pm for LUNCH today. Was told there is a $2 charge added to every meal because of increased meat prices. Okay..so I ordered a California burrito and mixed fajitas. I was interrupted a couple times to ask what location I was ordering from, I told them multiple times NW Broad street as I had made sure to call the correct location. Idk if they have an operator taking orders for every location or why there is such confusion about which location I was trying to order from. Anyway, when I pulled up I called and told them I had a curbside order to pickup, I was told I could come inside for pickup and was asked my phone number and the moment I started speaking I was once again interrupted by them asking what location I ordered from. So my husband went inside to get our order as they didn’t seem very willing to bring it out to us. When he got inside he was told the total for our order was nearly $37!! When he asked why it was so expensive they said we didn’t specify that we wanted lunch so they charged dinner prices plus the $2 “meat tax”. Okay it’s one thing to charge someone dinner prices when they clearly wanted lunch at lunchtime but then you give them what is smaller than lunch portion!! They told my husband to specify lunch or dinner next time to which he replied “there won’t be a next time”

Menu is standard Mexican fare with substandard results. Small portions, questionable taste and produce isn’t fresh (making me question the freshness of the other ingredients). Sadly the only things that exceed expectations are the prices and rudeness of the manager (for clarity purposes i did not complain myself but oberheard another). Spent many years in the service industry in my younger days and from my experience I will not be returning and will start all answers to where would I recommend to go questions with definitely not here.

Order was through DoorDash. Had the California Burrito and Chicken Taco, the food also came with what I’m assuming was homemade chips. The burrito itself was delicious, although the taco was a mess it still had a lot of flavor. The chips on the other hand were a little to tough to eat, would of been fine without them. Will definitely will be returning!
