This used to be one of my favorite places to eat Chinese at, however they really have gone by the wayside. I used to want to stay in the restaurant and watch the TV they had out in the dining area and they have always been nice people. I hadn’t been in there for a year or so until recently. I ordered the chicken fried rice (with no vegetable) as well as some beef with broccoli. Beef and broccoli was actually not bad at all however when the fried rice came out it was almost inedible. I let the fact that it was completely full of vegetables slide as I am not a picky person and rarely complain but the chicken almost taste rancid. They noticed I didn’t care for it and asked if everything was alright I explained I didn’t care for it but they did nothing. The soda machine is out of order, they moved the TV back into the back of the dining room so the workers can watch it and the place was cold. I don’t think I will be going back and it is truly a shame.

Agree with Lucas down below. Should have read this before ordering delivery. It took over an hour and a half to be delivered. Called once and they said it was on the way and it took over a half an hour from that point. Then when I called again and told them how long I have been waiting instead of apologizing they said it takes a long time to make sushi..the order was only 3 simple rolls of sushi…and we all know sushi takes no time at all. I ordered from a place down the road from here and all though they do not deliver I ordered pretty much the same thing, it was ready in 10 minutes and I was not charged for extra sauce. This place charged me $2 for two extra small sauces. I could understand maybe .25 or even .50 but nope a whole $1 each. I will not be ordering from here again. Wasn’t even that good. Shrimp was almost non existent.

Went there after a long day of work. The food is good. Ordered it and sat and waited while they made it fresh. Everyone was polite. Only waited about 10-15 mins. No big deal if you want fresh food instead of something microwaved. My friend got the curry and thought it was delicious. The pad Thai is also good.

Decided to order from Bai Wei and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. Had the order set to be delivered to the office at 12:10. 12:40 rolled around and nothing, so I called the store. The guy on the phone was extremely nice, and was confused as to why it was taking so long because the driver should have been back to the store by now. The guy said he would call the driver and find out what was going on. I never got a call back, and at 1:10 (an hour after it was supposed to be delivered), I got a call from another office 15 minutes away that my food was there.

Ordered cashew chicken when I got home it was made with peanuts. Good thing no one had peanut allergies. Made us all sick. After reading other reviews what’s the piont to call or go down there to complain. It’s obvious they don’t care about there customers or the product they are making. Will NEVER go ther again or recommend this place to anyone unless they are planing on calling in sick to work.

Great chinese food, not loving the sushi… But Most of the chinese I’ve ordered has been great. Hot Braised, Curry and Mongolian chicken, chicken fried rice and crab rangoon all good! Delivery has been fine also, never takes long. Dunno why some people had issues

After over 9 hours of driving, we stopped at our hotel and decided to order delivery. We were extremely upset after we called 6 times with no answer, and they actually hung up on us once. We ended up taking our business elsewhere, and it was very quick and convenient.

We got there at 640pm, ordered 4 rolls then went to Dierbergs. Gal working told us 15 – 20 min. We showed back up 20 min later, she told us 5 more min. We sat there for an additional 25 min. So it took almost an hour to get 4 rolls when she told us 15 – 20 min. She gave us free crab ragoon (woohoo! we live a healthy lifestyle and she gives us fried cream cheese, geez) then blamed the chef that called in sick for the wait. Take some responsibility and knock some money off the bill (this was after I was charged $46 and gave a $5 tip). We will NOT be returning.

I love the food, no problem there. The reason it’s a 1 star is customer service and delivery. The attitude almost makes me think they don’t care about the customer, or delivering quickly and with friendly service. They would rather tell you that you are wrong, than try and make things right.
