The employee was fast and polite. Food was good. Only issue was when getting ice from machine for my drink, there was fly in the ice cube. She gave me a beverage out from the cooler.

Ordered online and received an incorrect order. Went back to the restaurant and asked for the correct subs only to get belittled by the person at the register. I would not recommend going there unless you want your food made completely wrong, get yelled at by the staff, and rudely accused of lying about your order. Would not go back.

So I was there the other day ans had a “wonderful” experience. I placed an order through Grubhub, and when I got it, I realized it was made wrong so I decided to head over to the store. Turns out that was a big mistake. When I walked in, I was immediately confronted by an employee who hollered, “what’s the problem? Them sandwiches wrong?” I said “yes…” The employee threw her gloves off, marched over to me, and rudely responded with, “I know everyone who has been here tonight and you haven’t been here.” The 2nd employee there chimed with, “I don’t recognize him either.” I attempted to explain that I ordered through Grubhub while being interrupted by the employees multiple times. That “I did not pick up the order as the delivery driver did, but I am bringing my order back because it was not made correctly.” She then rudely stated to me that there was no way I could have ordered from that store. So I asked, is this not the Subway located at “19706 Middlebelt?” Which is the address on the receipt. To which she angrily responded with “yes, but I made them sandwiches and there isn’t anything wrong with them, when did you order them?” I read the time and the date on the receipt, “June 15th 7:12 PM” she responded with “Thats impossible!” She then demanded to see my receipt said so I said sure, “it says right there June 15th, 7:12 PM.” She looked at the receipt then at me and asked, what’s wrong them, they look fine to me…”

I was not able to make my purchase, so i am not sure of the quality of the food. However, I was discriminated against because of my disability. I have a task trained service dog, and I was told that pets were not allowed in the store by the single female employee, Michelle. I told her that she is a task trained service dog, and according to federal ADA law, she has a right to enter the store to help me. She said she didn’t care and told me to call the owner and to leave. I will be calling the ADA to file a formal complaint. This is discrimination, and it’s not right. As I sit in the parking lot.. this place has two bathrooms but the doors are locked. I ask if there’s a key.. owner says no public bathroom. Excuse me? You have two bathrooms, locked but refuse to have them for the public? I was going to get two Sammies, but I’ll just go to Walmart instead. Plus, this guy is the only employee and doesn’t hire people. He makes one sandwich in 7 minutes. Skip at all costs.

Never had issues with this location until a few weeks ago. Placed an order online thru the app and was charged for the order. I was getting my sub made by a nice gentleman employee. I noticed a lot of water on the counter, where my sub was being made on. It was apparent that they had just wiped down the counters with what I would assume to be chemicals to disinfect. When he picked up my sub to move it the paper was so soaked with this water it was tearing apart! I politely asked him to please give me a new sub bun, as I did not want to eat a soggy bread sub. I also did not think it was a good idea to ingest whatever chemicals might have been inside all of that water either. The employee did not even get a chance to grab another sub bun or to even say a word before his Manager walked up and stated very rudely that it was only “water” on the counter. I stated to the Manager that eating a soggy bun sub was gross. Her reply was “We are refusing you service”. I am not a person that likes conflict so I left. I have been a patron at this Subway for over 7 years and I have never once had a major issue like this with any other employee. I will be contacting the health department and the store Manager, who I have known for years and have never had an issue with.

So we did a online delivery because we are all sick and don’t want to spread our germs. Well now I have to because this location refuses to answer a phone when they mess a order up. Do not recommend unless you are personally going inside and watch them make your food. This is multiple times now.
