Just got back from my 4th trip to this location, while my first 3 trips were similar to all the 1 star reviews I’ve seen here. With the bad attitudes, incorrect orders, looong wait times and “sorry we’re out of chicken” with several “open” hours remaining. But today everything was as it should be, service was friendly and professional (they even double checked at the window to confirm my order) I was there about 20 minutes but there was 5 cars in front of me in the drive thru so that’s phenomenal!! And my order was correct and delicious

Ordered online 8 piece chicken and 8 piece tenders, large fries and a mac and cheese bowl. Had to wait about half an hour to get my order. When i got home i only got 7 pieces of tenders which 3 of them are the size of chicken nuggets. The fries were almost room temp and soggy. I guess it’s normal for these fast food restaurants now to deliver terrible customer service and sub par quality of food.

I have never had such poor service. The manager “Toya” literally argued with me that my mobile order had to be picked up inside and that it wasn’t ready, which was a lie, the order had been ready for 15 minutes. She was just being lazy and combative. So here I am trapped between their concrete curbs, with vehicles in front and back. I can’t get out to go in and get the order. I finally get to the window, and they continue to argue with me, telling me that they can’t hand the food through the window. When they finally look, and see that the food is sitting right there in the bag, they hand it out without the drinks. They then tell me that I have to pour my own drinks and come into the store. Why have a drive thru? It is of note that our office orders from here once a week, last week they refused to put the chicken in the famous bowl on the side. Apparently the employees of this location just want to argue and give the absolute least amount of service. This appears to be a systemic problem after seeing first hand how the manager (Toya) operates. There are better places to get fried chicken nearby (Manhattan Chicken, Popeyes) we will be going there from now on.

Very LARGE DEEP HOLE in the drive thru around the curb before getting to the menu call box. I thought that I was going to do some damage to my front end! Original Chicken pieces were very small in size. I ordered a 4pc dinner. Only one side item was included in the $11.00+ price!

i wouldnt even give them that one star if i didnt have too. POOR POOR MANAGEMENT! what are yall doing up in there 😐 i ordered my food through a delivery app and they failed to give me the sauce they made me PAY for and when i tried to call them, they dont answer. as well as i ordered fries n they gave me the cute little box with six or so fries in it, like yall are kidding right? if youve ever worked in the fast food industry you know theyre suppose to answer the phone, ive called 6 times now. im about to go up there.

At 2:15pm on this day 2/16/23 the black lady with the black fleece should not be working at any place that has to talk to ppl. Her disgusting, rude, very disturbing attitude is unbelievable. My friend was foreign and was scared to even order. She should be ashamed of herself! She rushed us as soon as we pulled up to the window. Although the dine was supposed to be open (1030am), it was driven thru only. 1st she rudely interrupted the gentleman who was assisting us and taking our order. I will be contacting corporate. She clearly needs to learn how to handle ppl who does not understand the menu.
