It’s nice to come to a fast food restaurant at noon and still be able to find clean tables. Thank you! This was one of the better Arby’s I’ve been to across the nation. Food was fresh. Prepared quickly. The manager earned a repeat visit from me by letting me keep the coupon. It’s hard to get a full meal nowadays for $5. So I’ll definitely take advantage of that. No shortage of supplies here.

The manager was a bit confused about everything. She was putting tickets on the wrong to go bags, she wasn’t clearing her order screen which caused them to make the food wrong for some customers, she had partial orders, or orders that had too much food. My husband and I ordered a meal of peace and when we got our food the food that we had ordered was in the bag but when I looked at the receipt there was at least seven more items on our ticket that we hadn’t ordered but paid for and she kept telling us she couldn’t give us a refund and we asked why and she said that was just policy and I said well we didn’t order this food but we paid for it so why wouldn’t we get our money back she said that we needed to go online to fill it out and I asked well how do we prove that all this actually went down and get our money back if you know we have to do it online and she said I don’t know it’s just the policy I come to find out that was only the policy for online orders so we went to the register and we started to try and figure it out and come to find out it was just the wrong ticket on our bag after my husband did the math he let her know that because she was incapable of figuring out herself it was like a $4 difference and we just said keep the $4 and we left. I believe that the only thing good out of that trip was the food actually being as good as it was and the cashier. It was her first week so that was the reason she was slightly confused I hope nothing but the best for her cuz like I said she’s super super sweet thank you if you read this for all your help

The only sub-5 Star I gave was for atmosphere. We did the drive in and as I was parked ordering online there were 3 employees on a smoke break outside the back door to the kitchen. My oldest child saw them all puffing away and cracking up as you’d expect from 18-20 year olds (as you’d expect), but asked me, “dad, they aren’t going to be touching my food, are they?” I have to admit, it did cause me to be more precise in examining the food before I put it in the plate.

This restaurant should just close their lobby and do drive-through only. That’s what their service is oriented to anyway. Went in for dinner, waited for 10 minutes for someone to take our order; never happened. Just gave up and left.

This place has the best customer service! They are always so polite in the drive thru. One time they forgot to give me sauce and a young man ran outside after my car as I was driving off to give me the sauce. That is exceptional customer service, above and beyond. I would give more stars if I could!!

My husband who is disabled, walking with two canes, ordered some lunch through the drive through. He had to pull up and wait for meals since the fries were cooking. – few minutes later two sandwiches were brought out with no fries.He honked the horns couple of times to get their attention since he was unable to walk in. Manager walked up with the fries and gave them to him. Then turn around and came back out and said very hatefully. “You could have just walked in- you didn’t have to honk the horn.” My husband said.” I’m disabled”and the manager didn’t even stay to hear what he said! With two canes barely able to walk? Won’t be going to Arby’s again. They are not friendly to the disabled customers.

Enjoyed coming to this Arbys in Moore. Workers were professional, prompt, and friendly. The food was great. One thing that I noticed at this specific location compared to the other Arbys in OKC, was that on the roast beef sandwiches they actually load it up with a lot more beef and I like that! Seems like other arbys are somewhat stingy with beef by putting small amounts on the sandwiches, but this one puts alot and is more Bang for your buck! 5 *****!!!
