Ordered the Doritos papadia for mothersday after working all day this was supposed be my mothersday treat the seasoning was not on it and there was hardly anything in it was mostly bread when called to tell them this they said that I would have to bring the item in for them see it well for starters this was the second time I ordered and it didn’t have the seasoning on it and second I have worked in the restaurant business and and you absolutely do not have food brought back in after leaving restaurant for safety reasons of contamination and third the customer service here was horrible I will not order here again

I want to say a big thank you to Kendall my delivery driver. He drove in the heavy rain and climbed the steep steps up to my condo to deliver all of my items. There were some things missing, and Kendall went over my ticket with me and apologized and asked me to call the store manager to get things corrected. I spoke to Robert on the phone at the store and he was patient, kind and understanding. We figured out what happened was actually a glitch in the website that didn’t put my complete order through so he waived the delivery fee and I paid for the items over the phone. I have been ordering a lot from this location lately and every single time they have not let me down. My food is here within a reasonable time and its fresh and hot. I know that working in restraunts can be very demanding but the level of sincerity these 2 gentleman had over me and my website/food issues was unbelievable. They are two of the MOST valuable employees that I have EVER came across at any Papa Johns. Thank you so much for your dedication to the happiness of your customers.

Ordered food for pick up and when I walked in the guy making pizza has his cell phone on his ear chatting away. Drive all the way home to find out nothing is made right at all and call back. Yes I got a refund but maybe if employees weren’t talking on the phone spredding germs while making food things wouldn’t be made incorrectly.

So the staff was friendly, seemed a bit overwhelmed when I went inside. No one wore a mask. The pizza was burnt and dry. It was a simple pepperoni pizza and it wasn’t made with any kind of care.

Third and last time I will order from papa John’s. The estimated time of delivery is never even close to when it’s actually delivered. This time I was quoted 28 min and it took double that. We had somewhere to be and couldn’t even wait on the food we ordered because of the Misquoted time. When I tried calling the store, the phone was off the hook for an hour. Horrible customer service. I’ll stick to the other 3 pizza places that deliver here.
