We ordered on line and when I picked up in the store (EARLY) the order was almost done and the gentleman working were stellar! 2 of them were training a new guy and the leadership and kind words they expressed to him were unlike anything you normally hear at a lot of businesses. You could tell they genuinely want him, and their store, to be successful. The food was excellent! I haven’t been to a Goodcents in 15+ years and I will probably be back weekly. So so so impressed.

So first time I went in a long time got a chicken bacon ranch it was terrible didn’t even know what it was I doubt anyone else could, the guy didn’t care when making it nor when I came back in no mask on either mind you took it off infront of me and other customers when they’re enforced atm, anyway, when I went in I told them then this red head gal took care of it, made me a new sandwich (it was fantastic! Perfect!) She gave me a cookie and coupon, been going through a lot lately and she really made my day, kudos to her!!

This was my first visit to this location. I placed a pick-up order ahead of time through the app for a 12:30pm pick-up during my lunch break. My order was ready when I arrived at 12:33; it was 100% correct, with all the ingredients I requested, chips, and a drink. The service was quick and friendly. The sandwich was fresh and delicious. Thanks for the great service, I will definitely be back!

Always fast and fresh. The employees are always super friendly no matter if they are super busy or you are the only one there. They don’t rush you. Don’t get discouraged if there is a long line….they move through it like a well oiled machine. Always make it by this one when I’m in the area.

Love Goodcents and have frequented this location several times. It’s always good, clean and fast service. Today I went in and ordered two sandwiches and a couple chocolate chip cookies. The person who rang me up was very distracted with a few people who were in the store and when I got home I noticed he gave me different cookies that appears to be chocolate chip, white chocolate and nut. We have nut allergies in our house so I was disappointed since I love their cookies. Sandwiches were great as usual.

Ridiculous delivery times. After you pay a mandated $4.99 delivery charge and a forced tip, you’re looking at almost $30 for a sandwich, drink and chips. Almost 2 hours before you get said sandwich? Ridiculous! Still a great sandwich but I’m not spending that much for non service.

We have always gone to this goodcents and had a good experience with no issues. Today I ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up but when I got home, one of the sandwiches was not made correctly. Normally I would have just dealt with it and ate it but a lot of the toppings were ones I did not like. I called to let them know and the manager offered to bring me a new sandwich, to my home! This manager has always been great and polite when we’ve gone to order in store. He even remade my sandwich once when I didn’t realize they had new garlic pepper bread and was sad I missed it. I could have waited for next time lol. The fact that he took the time to bring me a new sandwich shows he will go above and beyond what is needed to help!
