Frozen coffee is never frozen like it should be at this location. At least 1/3 of it is just liquid. I’ve heard several times that the machine is broken. I’m not sure how the machine can’t crush quite enough ice? This is probably going on a year now. I usually order mine with a shot of espresso. This time it was 2/3 just liquid. Was told this is because the espresso is hot. Do they use hot coffee to make iced coffees? (they shouldn’t) Why not keep some cold espresso shots for iced coffees? Is the machine really broken? Tired of the poor quality and apathetic attitudes.

I come to this Dunkin every morning on my way to work. The last couple of months I honestly dread stopping here. The line is always super long and everyone working there take their sweet time getting anything done. Today the line was wrapped around the building so I went inside thinking it would be faster. But was I wrong. I stood at the counter for 10 min without even being acknowledged. Finally placed my order and as I type this I’ve been standing here waiting on a single code for a total of a half hour. I think after today I’m done with this location. They have zero customer service and it’s only getting worse…..

Typically Dunkin’ is my go to for donut variety but this time they had very few donuts to even choose from. Originally went for munchkins and they had none so ended up getting a half dozen. Really only had basic flavors. 2 people working but only one doing anything while the other just stood at the drive thru window.

Friendly service every time. Clean environment. New upgrade at counter allows you to place mobile or credit card orders, although you cannot choose more than one flavor in your coffee (not the store’s fault). Service is a bit delayed, but most places are and patience goes a long way. Still, always taste different than Lebanon west. Not the worst Dunkin I’ve been to by far, but honestly west is still my go to.

I witnessed the most disgusting this possible- i went in this morning for a coffee to meet up with another customer waiting almost 15 minutes for 1 orange juice and 3 donuts. The lady nicely said “just checking in, wanted to see if my order was soon ready” to an employee snapping back “she’s working on it” … a minute later Janessa (the employee) slams the orange juice on the counter and says “you can come back here and help if you want” with multiple people in disbelief, she then hands the customer the donuts and the customer asks “what’s your name?” and the employee gets in her face and says “janessa”. This isn’t the first bad experience i’ve seen with this place… but this was a final straw. you should be embarrassed

This place is a joke. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and got a sausage bagel. You go to call them to complain and there voicemail is full. Guess we know why. Steer clear of this place and it’s untrained Employees.

Not worth the price. Strawberry popping bubbles but they taste like cardboard and a small amount you can see in the picture for a large cup that’s all you get… Strawberry lemonade and there’s no strawberry flavor. Just lemonade. Straws are not made for these lids. The place is a mess inside. They washed the windows but didn’t clean the floors or take trash out?! Priority seems to look good on the outside.

I hesitate to give this even 1 star. Waited 10 minutes for a small order. Had to go in after it. 6 people working. Not 1 asked what I needed. I finally got attention of drive thru worker. She basically dismissed me. Waited another 5 minutes. Asked her again, She picked up an order that was sitting on the counter since I walked in and gave it to me. It was missing 1 thing we ordered. I told her, she took the bag back and continued ignoring me .didn’t even attempt to make it right. Needless to say I walked out with nothing for 7 dollars. This is not good business.

I came in with some friends for some coffee and the service from this one worker named Taliah was super rude to us took forever with our Oder and we think we heard her talking back and being super rude to her coworkers. Coffee was 10/10 tho all the other staff was super nice.
