The staff was not rude during my visit but neither welcoming. A how’s your day going changes the whole dining experience. iMy sandwich came out quick and hot but is not worth the $10 plus $4 to make it a drink and fries combo.The bread gets saggy real quick and the meat has no flavor so if you are craving a good steak and cheese look for other place.

I’ve been feeding my family Charleys for years the food is great! I usually visit the Charleys in Seminole Town Center the manager there is very kind and the staff is always great and so is the food. They closed at 8 so I wasn’t able to make it in time so I decided to check out the Charleys located in the WalMart on Rinehart Road not far from the one I usually visit. Upon arrival I ordered my food and wasn’t asked what I wanted on my sub, I figured he would ask cause that’s what the others do usually people atleast as about mushrooms, but I swiped my card. After paying I begin to explain to him what I don’t want on my sub. He then says why didn’t you tell me before I put it on the stove. I replied you didn’t ask and they usually do. We went back a ford about it and then he stormed off with no reply after I asked him again he literally told me to “shut up” I asked for the manager and he said he is the manager super rude and walked off I was embarrassed he went to the back room and the staff helped me out and took care of my order. This guy needs to be replaced asap trust me.

I’ve come few times to this location and I’ve never had any problems with their staff until today. I usually order with the woman who works in the evenings and she is always really nice. Today, after ordering a sandwich, I told the person who took my order that I didn’t get my milkshake the last time I was there and I wanted to know if I could get it this time. I did not demand to have that for free, I just wanted to know if there was a possibility to get it this time since we ordered everything to-go the last time and we realized we never got it when we got home (I didn’t even care and I was not gonna come back for just a milkshake). When the girl told the other employees, a tall young (blonde?) guy with short hair said “BS!” as if I was making up the story. I didn’t get the milkshake and it was fine to me I will just not come back after having an employee saying that out loud in front of my 7 y.o daughter and no one seemed to care.

I stopped by this one briefly instead of the mall is not the food is the people working at this location make the whole place way below its usual standards including customer service just go to the one at the mall. I’ve had Charley’s Cheesesteaks at many other locations, and it had always been good! I will never go to this one ever again. Ordered with a regular cheesesteak and wanted all the toppings that came on it. I ordered to go, and got home to my surprise they added EVERYTHING on it! Tomatoes, lettuce, pickles . It wasn’t wrapped and everything was just literally thrown on the bun! I just wanted to onions, mushrooms, and green pepper that came on it. Then I wanted a regular water, they refused to give me water. The manager that took my order was short and rude. When I went to the fountain, THEY HAD WATER!! The manager just wanted me to pay $2.45 for a cup! I have never been refused a water!!!!! I can tell the workers there are just hating life, and it shows in their service. I even thanked the guy when he handed me my food, no response back. Rude! I would give 0 stars if i could.

I watched Emanuel take the order, cook the food, and send the customer on their way for 5 people. He was all by himself and literally did everything from beginning to end. His customer service was absolutely amazing and I hope financially he is being well taken care of if he is made to work a shift by himself. Very displeased with management. Ordered my food for delivery got no updates, was unable to contact the store after several attempts. Food is being delivered an hour after original estimated time. Finally got ahold of someone at the store so i can go pick it up myself and have it remade freshly, they then only just updated the order for my end and told me they could not make it fresh over and if i wanted to cancel my order and replace it. On top of that my order was made wrong and i am missing food. There was no contact support nothing. Will not be ordering again.

This was my third time trying and it just keeps getting worse. They kept taking orders and making sandwiches but nobody would pass out the orders while they sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes until they are stacked so high they have to give them out. My sandwich was soggy and cold.

I was very displeased with my visit. Staff really wasn’t friendly they kind of rushed you to order and the sandwich itself wasn’t good at all. I am an avid Philly cheesesteak person and this has to be near the bottom. No flavor and there was barley any meat on the sandwich. I sat down in the restaurant and the table I was at was a rocking table, it kept rocking. Something must have been off with the leg. I don’t think I would ever come back again
