This location from Panda Express is like going on two to three incredible dates with someone. Everything was perfect, but all the subsequent dates are terrible. You keep going on dates hoping they will have gone back. After a time, you realize you can’t give them any more chances, and they are not the person you hoped they would be, and it is time to move on.

Had some of the plant based orange chicken… it was soooo good! The serving area was really clean. We are outside on the tables… it was really nice to have a nice shady covered area to eat. The view from the outdoor dining area was so amazing!!!

Getting worse every time I go there. Every time I go, something new happens to make me more disappointed. I used to LOVE this location but now.. it started with staff not wearing gloves, then they started ignoring the LONG lines of customers inside of the restaurant to gather in-mass the orders from phone, online, and drive-thru when people are standing there for a half hour+. Most people just get out of line and leave now. Then, I asked about an allergy specification and the girl I was talking to said, “We advise that people with allergies just don’t eat here.” Sometimes they’re nice but most of the time now they’re rude, snippy, impatient, and just generally annoyed by any question or additions to the order. If I ask for Chopsticks, sauce, or anything else, they act annoyed that I didn’t just take my food and leave. They also will start doing whatever they THINK I’m asking for before I finish. For example, I’ll say, “Can I get 2 sets of chopsticks and–” they’ll move to get the chopsticks and then act annoyed when I also ask for sauce because I had to ask for them separately and now I’m afraid to ask for fortune cookies, oh, and my receipt. It’s nerve racking to have them act irritated when I’m just trying to get some dinner for the night.. My mom has ME always order for her because they’re so rude when she asks questions. The food changes every time we go and is hit or miss nowadays. Definitely not always worth the 20-30 minute line. The final nail though, I started feeling like they weren’t giving me enough rice and when we went yesterday my suspicions were confirmed. They said they can’t give more sauce because they’re “trying to make it last” and they’re barely giving you the portions you pay for. Their prices have gone up not down so why am I paying for way less with way more money? Bonus, they barely clean their tables and you can tell the grease hasn’t been cleaned out all day for the food. The rice is crunchy nowadays and I just don’t think I can go there anymore which hurts because they used to be my favorite.

Service was great. They were fast and helpful. They even brought the food to our table, we expected them to call out our name. The atmosphere was clean and refreshing not too loud but not unbearably quiet. The food tasted good. My orange chicken tasted great, a tad over-sauced but that’s just my opinion. The beef my mom got was tender and juicy. All around a pretty good environment.

Food is dry and over cooked. Tiny portions compared to a year ago. Rice was so dry it was probably made two to three days ago. staff is snippy and rude. There are too many other places to eat in the shopping center. Don’t bother…

Always a great experience. Any issues result of an inferior communication device at the drive in. But I still prefer that to having to walk in. So happy to have predictably tangy and tasty food.

Bad choice. My son is probably addicted to Panda express.. haha. Today Panda , again , wasn’t something special. Again problems with Chow mein—-too much greens in it… Kids do not want to eat it. They came for noodles… what I don’t like about Panda is when they ask you “what else” after first spoon of entree… That sentence serves as a cover mask. After customer looks at the other entrees they put smaller portions on the plate. That is discusting policy and every time they do that I feel like they cheated me, so I cannot enjoy meal. Bljak…. In this Panda Staff manager was very rude and she served me. Portions were way too small. She also did that trick with entree… Do not recommend at all if you like bigger portions. Is it due to some company policy or to managers policy not sure… Maybe bad luck who knows…just to add if you like cabbage in your noodles and small portions are just enough for you, than either way this place is good.

Made me wait 40 minutes for an order. This is not a joke. I’m serious. 40 minutes. Half a movie. For some subpar orange chicken.
