I have celiacs and it is near impossible to eat out without getting sick. Firehouse takes precautions to prevent cross contamination. One person handles order it’s made In a seperate area and they pull fresh toppings. Was able to eat here without getting sick which was awesome. Thanks for taking the time to give us more options to eat. Review made 72 hours after eating and I am super sensitive to gluten. No issues

The store closes at 9:00 and it was 7:00 most of the chairs were up on the table so nobody could sit down. When I came in to get my to-go order that I had placed over the phone they asked me if I called The Right restaurant. After looking around for my order they finally found it. When we got home we found out that half of the sub was cold and half of the sub was hot… IDK how they manage that but whatever.

GOOD people, young woman that took my order I never know what they CALL my preferred sandwich so I just TELL her what I want on it and they charge me appropriately. Since i always get the kid’s sized sub. Because I don’t like eating bread unless I make it.but I LOVE the cucumbers no skin or seeds so there’s no gas. Lol.super clean store even the restroom was super clean and smelling good too.

Waited 40 mins for a sub to find out they threw away my ticket right after charging me. Then continued to make another other order after mine was put in then talked to me like I’m the problem. Bag then thrown on counter covered in BBQ sauce. Very poor service @ 2:15 04/15/2023.

The management there is horrible they play favoritism, they get ugly with employees in front of customers n they fire people for one mistake n a doctor’s note but yet others can get away with it so I definitely wouldn’t recommend working there at all not very professional at all. And I could go on n on about things that go on in this store that shouldn’t.

The crew here works hard . They are incredible individuals who deserve a ton of credit . The store manager is always professional and super respectful . I love the brisket and cheddar sandwich one of my faves and perfect fit for your appetite especially if you have a medical Marijuana card .

Bought three subs. Asked for extra barbecue sauce on one and got no sauce. Was asked if I wanted pickles on the side and said yes but got no pickles. For 30.00 it should have been made right. The cashier was nice.
