The food is okay sometimes. It usually isn’t in all honesty. If you don’t mind soggy bread, it’s okay. I get the chicken sandwich and water. The lady working there handed me a soda of a smaller size. I said that wasn’t what I ordered and I haf ordered a larger size of water. I got the water in a smaller size than I asked for, but the problem was the taste. It tasted like metal inside. This wasn’t well water taste. This wasn’t tap water taste. This was nasty. I thought maybe I was bleeding in my mouth or was tasting something else. I was trying to convince myself that it was all in my head. Well, my partner tried it and told me to throw it out and not drink anymore. I don’t know what she did to my drink. And all because I told her that she didn’t hand me the correct drink. I did not end up getting anything to drink and the food was awful that day. They will give you (toilet water?) If ask for your order to be correct. Awful people.

I usually stop at this location before every Cowboys game and have for a couple of years now. Service is generally quick. Food comes out hot and fresh. I mainly always pick up chicken sandwiches because theirs are the best. However my last visit I picked up at 10-piece dark manager special for $7.99 and was pleased with everything that I received. By the way when I pick up chicken sandwiches it’s always seven because there’s seven of us.

Arrived 30 minutes after they were considered to be open for business. Only to be left hanging at the drive through order box with no response. I then had to drive to the window to see what was going on and to place my order. Other patrons arrived shortly after me and had the same experience. Even the lobby wasn’t open for inside dining.

First of all, Jenny the drive thru employee, after 3 combo orders told us we were ordering too much through the drive thru we should go inside. So my friend canceled his order. If that wasn’t frustrating enough I spent 40 bucks on 3 combos, got charged extra for cheese, bacon and extra mayo, and got none of it on my sandwich!!! The number at the bottom of the reciept didn’t answer for comments . And the restaurant didn’t answer their phone either. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. won’t return to this location!!!

I got The Big Box, asked for breast and leg. I received breast and wing. The breast didn’t have any meat on it and it was old chicken. The wing was very very very small and old. I guess they give the old chicken for the special. Popeyes do better.

Was told that the chicken was fresh, but when I got to work, it was not. I misplaced the receipts tweeted Popeyes to no avail. Was referred back to the store. I paid with cashapp, yet there’s no response yet from the store. I still have the uneaten chicken to return.

Drive thru employee gave us the wrong order. When we told her it was incorrect, she proceeded to say “what’s wrong, that’s what you ordered”. We literally placed our order a few minutes prior and confirmed everything on the drive thru screen. It’s obvious the employees don’t care about the poor service they provide and should be let go
