Thought we would give 21st St a try…great delivery time HOWEVER, did not do the pizza crust as ordered, the melt was made with a chewy stale crust which it NOT what I have gotten before at any other location and the cheesy bread sticks were over done and not cut into strips just kind of left as a pan in a box. I think we will just do the drive to Maize Rd Pizza Hut like before or go to Cheezies who never disappoints.

Ok. First… the guy at the register was extremely rude, we interrupted his texting. My order was wrong, which I could see if it was a crazy order but it was a two topping lunch pizza.. and they were not busy. They had myself and two coworkers in the restaurant…. that was it. .. that’s not the worst part. The place was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY!!

I just spent $21 on Pizza Hut melts and they were banked so hard that there’s three of us and none of us can even buy into him so when I called to ask him how they’re supposed to be they said thin and crispy or these are thick and burnt and then all I was told was yep that’s how they come so thank you have a good

Last time ordering pizza here was a horrible experience. We’ve had good luck with them in the past but tonight they took an hour and 40 min to get our pizza to us. We had to call and ask them where it was, twice. Once it did arrive it was burnt and cold, a nasty combination. We called and complained, they offered to send us a new pizza or give us an IN store credit, we asked for both but they denied it. We then just asked for a credit back to our card and had to argue with them to get that rather then the in store credit. They did right by us, but still disappointed. Very poor service and really just a sad excuse for a pizza (which I hate to say, since I’ve always liked their pizza). We will be going to Domino’s around the corner from now on. Edit** Just found out they sent us the wrong wings too.

I worked for pizza hut as a teenager I know the ends and outs of this place but the 21st location is the worst location I’ve ever ordered from they leave pizza behind run out of dough and sometimes never show up for delivery I’m totally done with this location I will never order from her again

Found bugs in my food. When calling the store to explain, I was told “no no, that’s not possible” and was promptly hung up on. Twice. By management themselves.

We ordered pizza online in the app, and they messed up one of the pizzas. We called them and they gave us a credit which was great. We called in an ordered a few weeks later and they messed up both of our pizza’s and did not apply the credit, even after we asked and reminded them. They don’t seem to know how to listen to customers orders, or fix the problems that they created.
