These employees put up with some stressful situation today and I feel bad man. One lady kept ordering sub after sub and they couldn’t keep up with online orders for a customer in the store. Another guy gave one dudes online sub away to the wrong customer. Along with this weird siren going on. I didn’t end up getting anything cause the wait was too long but it wasn’t the employees, it was just the same woman ordering like 10 subs at a time. They clearly felt horrible about the wait and tried their best to calm down the other customers. I commend them for that.

0/5 stars. My boyfriend and I have visited this Subway location on several occasions and it has been closed multiple times despite their hours saying open online. Today, however, it was open (despite having the sign unlit ‘until it was dark’) and we were met with the actual worst attitude we have ever experienced at any fast food restaurant. When we arrived, we received terrible attitude from Angel. She was short, temperamental, and almost argumentative. She had no people skills and was either in a hurry to run out the clock or to make the environment so unwelcoming that no other customer would inconvenience her the rest of the night. She actually made comments regarding how she would react during her next shift if customers brought in a buy one, get one coupon, saying to another coworker that she would “just leave,” meanwhile the restaurant lobby was full of customers about to spend money there who heard her negativity, too. She didn’t smile, she didn’t make friendly eye contact (glaring only), and she certainly didn’t respect that we were customers. Her mood and attitude affected every customer that walked through the door, including the few who walked in behind us, too. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the atmosphere was so awkward and unnecessarily hostile. Not sure what her role is at this location but would consider making a change if I were management as that attitude alone will drive business away. Disappointed is an understatement.

This subway needs more staff at lunch and longer quoted lead times for online orders. By the time I was the only one in line, I watched 22 custom sandwiches get made from various online orders coming in before they started my single 6 inch sub. Then one of the online orders came in to pick up and complained it wasn’t ready.. what are you telling these online orders for wait time?

I came in on 3/27 at 3:59 pm and ordered 3 subs. The guy that was working at the time did great. He deserves a raise, because he was the only one working. I never leave reviews, but I felt terrible for him doing all the work. The two girls didn’t help him at all. Instead they continued to talk right in front of us. Anyways, it took me way longer than it needed to.

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. They were only accepting online orders which not the preferred way to order but whatever. The fact that they got all three sandwiches ordered online wrong is why I am not a fan of it as you don’t see them making them. One sub had chicken on only 1/3 of the bread and barely at that. The other two subs has green pepper and onion added which weren’t ordered and tomatoes as an unwanted addition on one of them too. If you are going to accept orders at all do them in-store and turn off online ordering so people can see you messing things up and might get what they want. Would not recommend this location

Food was good! but me and a friend had a weird experience. Friday, December 10th, whoever was managing that morning and early afternoon was pretty rude to her employees. I went in around 12pm and she just had a very stern attitude, demanding orders in a not nice tone. Later on me and my friend went back, and something occurred where an employee walked in the store, and she loudly announced that because of his uniform issues, they would be having a chat in the back. It’s honestly just very awkward on the customer side of things to have this happening while waiting for your food. It creates an unwelcome environment. I understand being in a rush, I’ve been there, but it’s no excuse to be snarky to employees right infront of customers. The employees working at the time were nothing but excellent, so this isn’t on them. The manager just needs to be guided to handling stressful situations as well as employee conversations much more privately.

I don’t know how this place is even in business. Stopped by to grab a sandwich and they have a sign saying you have to order online or call. I called, and was told I had to place my order online. There was no one else in the store or parking lot. Ordered online and after 10 minutes still didn’t see anyone in the store. Called back and they said they would check and then finally starting making the sandwich. A process that should have taken less than 5 minutes took over 20. They had two people “working” and I was the only customer in the 20 minutes I was there? I don’t know who the franchisee is, but how are you still in business?

Very disappointed with this subway. I have had nothing but constant issues with the store over the last several weeks including the fact that they did not have either one of the sandwiches I ordered available in their store. I will probably never come back to this subway location again
