Usually the food is really good. Today we had an extremely bad experience. Cashier was stressed. We were not greeted with a smile or a hello. She simply asked what we wanted. My wife had a special order and the cashier rolled her eyes at her. We did eventually get our order. Food was luke warm. Cheese wasn’t even melted on the burger. Dining room was dirty. I understand that they were short staffed, but when the rush ( of 7 people) was over, not a single employee came out to check on the dining room. I stood at the counter for about 2 minutes trying to get a drink refill and did not see a soul.

Very dirty place. The floors are so sticky that your shoes stick to them as you try to walk. The tables are dirty and sticky too. The bathroom had hair from a certain body part all over the seat. No toilet paper. The people were nice. But that’s the only positive thing about the place.

Ordered a birthday cake a day prior to picking it up which they had plenty of cakes. We pull up expecting it to be ready and they put the exact opposite words we asked for on it as the same lady has written down the day before. Ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy had not a single piece of sausage in it not to mention the biscuits were hard from where they didn’t unfreeze them or warm them up enough before putting sausage-less gravy on them. All the while it’s 10 am and the doors are locked and we were the only people in line.

Dirty place. The manager felt she shouldn’t take any further orders upon receiving a large call order. The manager suggested that the customers that cane thru the door go to another restaurant because of the large order and only 2 employees working at this time. Manager is very unprofessional and poor work ethics.

Food was mediocre at best and the wait was unreal. Cashier argued with me about product I was ordering saying equipment would break trying to make it, but I order it 2x a month and never have had any problems before and guess what…I left there with it and no machinery was harmed during the making of my milkshake. Smh

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker. Girl answered very rudely. Pulled to the window. She got our ice cream order wrong. Walked away from the window so we sat there and waited for her to come back. I said the cone for my daughter was wrong. She grabbed it out of my hand and threw it in the trash very aggressively. She made a kids cup and shoved it out the window at me and didn’t say anything and shut the window and walked off 6/8/23

Dairy Queen has the best (and only) blizzards. They are the perfect ratio of ice cream to toppings mixed in. The food is good, customer service is friendly, and we didn’t have much of a wait time.

Ordered two medium Sundays and they barely put any ice cream in it, and no lids on either of them, I had to ask for lids after complaining about the size of the serving. If I’m going to pay nearly 10 dollars for that I expect to get the correct amount. Will not be coming back to this Dairy Queen again.
