Just like many others have said. Calling in for a pizza is pointless. They don’t answer phones. You’ll also have to go in to store to get a gas receipt for pay at pump. This caseys seems to have a problem with the receipt paper when none of the other ones around us do. (Yes. I get fuel at multiple caseys when working in the city on way home.) They don’t seem to be able to keep employees very long. Constantly seem to be training someone and understaffed. Been coming to this caseys for around 12 years off and on. (spending around $9,000 in fuel a year). Mainly because I live in this town. It’s ok most of the time. Nothing special.

The manager there is incredibly rude and abrasive. When their credit card service was down she quickly got rude and ordered me around as i was attempting to fallow the directions on the credit card machine. When I asked for her manager and the cooperate number of the store she refused to give the information. This girl has caused me never to visit this location again. She needs to be fired

Man, this place has really gone downhill in the last few months. Twice now I’ve had to tell the employees to turn on the pumps in the morning. This afternoon, only about half the pumps were even working. And the air hose has been missing for a few days.

James leek and Maria younce were so unprofessional and rude, Maria tried kicking me out of the store because I wanted to talk to James who was the cook would not reccomend going in to the store to talk to these two folks when you have a complaint about there rude behavior very sad…..

Ordered 2 specialty pizzas boho. Get there to pick up and wait patiently till it said it would be ready. Asked how much longer and they didn’t even have the order from the app. They look and wow it was where it was supposed to be. I have to wait for them to make them so I go out to my truck. They bring them out and apologize. I go home and they only put ham on the Hawaiian pizza. I call and they tell me to bring them back. I go back and they show me a receipt where I ordered a Hawaiian pizza ham only. I freaked out. They kept pizzas and wont refund my money. Told never come back. Call customer service explained and told I ordered pizza that way? No refund.

Every single time I come here for lunch, the pizza in the warmers look stale, are never marked as to what kind they are, and are missing the time stamp from the back so who knows if they’ve been in there for 8 hours. Two days ago I went in at 2 and they still had breakfast foods in the warmers and no lunch stuff.

WORST CASEYS EVER!! A Very poorly operated Casey’s general store, not the same comfort and familiarity you get from another Casey’s like you’d expect. A large number of items are always out of stock, especially the on sale items. The current store manager is not helpful whatsoever. When a request is made for an item that is carried at all other Casey’s stores, she lies saying she will get the item and never does. On many occasions, the manager refuses and prevents employees from giving you change for amounts low as $5 because she has neglected to go to the bank not having enough small bills to operate, just as she neglects having on sale items in stock. Also, the other employees are very unfriendly, especially the chubby girl with black hair. She always looks so angry and unapproachable.
