Tried the new location for the first time today. Staff was nice, place was clean. The brown rancid/fermented tasting guacamole absolutely ruined it for me tho. The person even looked at it and said it looked old before slapping it in the bowl… ended up tossing most of it and getting food somewhere else. Here’s hoping I don’t end up with food poisoning from it.

I read the previous reviews before going here. Some folks were complaining about $17 burritos or bowls. I read the menu. It clearly stated what the prices were for what protein you choose. I had the black bean burrito. One of the biggest burritos I’ve had. It was loaded beyond. I did not add queso or guac as the menu stated those were extra. The burrito was delicious. It wasn’t dry or gross like others mentioned. It was around $8.65. Atmosphere was nice. I will return.

It’s a solid spot! I’ve been there a couple times, and the food has always been pretty solid. My trip today, I mistakenly ordered a burrito instead of a bowl, and they very graciously remade it from scratch! This is a HUGE relief for me as I can’t eat wheat/gluten (Celiac disease), and finding places to eat safely is tricky as a result. The people there were very nice about the whole thing despite it being my fault. The food has always been fresh and well made too, better than some nearby competitors in my opinion. I think this is going to be a regular spot for me!

It is a new location so we knew they would be busy, no big deal. The staff wasn’t friendly and it wasn’t the Chipotle that we were used to. I’d give it some more time to work out the kinks.

Would’ve given 5 stars, but because of the extremely long wait time I dropped the rating. The manager was outside in his phone the entire time I was in the pickup lane when clearly they needed help inside. The kid at the windows was extremely nice and apologized for the wait. The food was phenomenal, everything I received was fresh and warm.

I ordered online twice since they opened. Their drive thru pick-up window is a joke. They never have the food ready for pickup. The first time there were 3 cars ahead of me and it took 45 minutes to get to the window and had to wait till they made my food. the second time I placed my order picked a pick-up time of 45 minutes in advance got there nobody else was there drove up to the window and had to wait 15 minutes for three tacos. The woman handed me my bag with a look on her face like I was disturbing them cause they had to work and got no thank you. I think new management would do this location good.

Had a horrible experience and WILL NOT be back! I placed an online order for pickup for 5:40pm and expected to wait some time as it is a brand new location. Although after waiting fifteen minutes, I asked two separate employees if they could locate my order or had a status and both stated they “did not know and were backed up.” I knew they were busy so decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited another 10 minutes. Finally, went to the register and asked the cashier where my online order was. She retrieved it from a shelf in the back where it had been sitting for some time. Upon handing me the bag, I could feel that my food was not hot nor fresh. I told the cashier I would not be paying almost $30 for cold food that has been sitting and asked for a manager in which she stated she was the manager. I continued to ask for a refund instead where she told me that I’d need to wait in line next time. What happened to prioritizing customer service? You don’t pay $30 for cold food. SMH!

If you have dietary restrictions the only safe way to order here is in store where you can watch them make your food. I ordered through the app and every single aspect of my order was incorrect. They gave us chicken and sour cream on vegan/vegetarian orders. Don’t waste your time in the drive through line unless you want to be stuck there for an hour while they rush to put together your order and consequently make it incorrectly. Chipolte customer service is a joke and they will not help you if you reach out about an incorrect order.

The garbage in the lobby was overflowing. They did not have any of the fajita peppers. I ordered the burrito. Chicken was dry and was probably cooked in the Carter administration. The sour cream was conveniently all in one place in the burrito, so after the 1 bite with it, I didn’t have to worry about any more of it anywhere else in the burrito. The wrap job on the burrito itself reminded me of a towel thrown on the floor and it probably had a similar texture.
