It’s always an amazing experience coming here to enjoy my lunch or dinner. Food’s always made fresh, in a timely manner, and taste amazing. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help or answer any questions I have on the menu. The restaurant itself is always very clean with great seating options inside & out. Will certainly continue coming to this location again and again. Shout out to Dan the GM, who is always here helping his staff and making sure this establishment is running perfectly.

Great subs! Amazing variety and tasty. Never can go wrong with a sandwich from here. They have hot and cold sandwiches. Never had bad ingredients… With that being said, don’t buy their salads. Bought a couple and every time their lettuce is wilted and extremely brown/borderline rotten. I wish they care about their salads as much as they care about the sandwiches.

Very nice place with nice people! Only ordered 2 subs and 2 cookies but the wait was long though- seemed pretty long for what we ordered. Other than that, everything was good! The subs are amazing. I loved the decorations and the feel of the place. Overall, pretty place and good subs but seemed a little too long of a wait time.

Hello! I was just at this firehouse location and I placed an online order at 5:55pm I arrived at 6:03 and noticed there wasn’t any sandwiches by the pickup sign, the app pickup time was 6:10, so I waited and waited. During this time I saw several other customers who placed orders in store receive their sandwiches. The app said a 6:10 pickup time and that had long since passed and still not a single sandwich by the pickup counter. Finally at 6:25ish I went to the counter to ask if there was a mistake or I placed for the wrong location or whatever. Only to find that they had kept my sandwich behind the counter instead of by the rapid pickup sign. So the whole time I was waiting for nothing, and my sandwich was just getting cold and soggy. Meanwhile the app kept saying that they were preparing my order and would put it by the rapid pickup when it was ready. I was not told I would have to speak to the employees to get my sandwich, and every other Firehouse location I had been to before, I didn’t need to speak to anyone either. I have a social anxiety disorder, which is part of why I waited so long without speaking up, but also my primary reason for ordering online, that and not having to wait, both of which I had to do. Anyways I simply told the lady thanks and left but I would just recommend anyone else who orders online be aware that they just need to ask for your food.

Not sure what has happened. We used to enjoy sandwiches here. My wife ordered the Italian and I ordered the NY Steamer. Barely had a couple slices of meat on each sandwich. Maybe corporate told them to scale back on the meat but keep the prices the same or maybe the manager is trying to get a bonus from keeping costs down. Either way. We won’t be back.

I am posting this with an anonymous account for obvious reasons, but I don’t know what kind of game is going on but when an employee walks in looking sick and ill, there is NO WAY I would let them in the back. I was a General Manager in food for years, and that would immediately get me and my staff in trouble for allowing that. That is a health risk to me, to the staff and themselves. Completely unacceptable. Get better.

I have been there twice and either the cashier or the sandwich maker can not relay or follow simple directions. Add mustard and extra mayo. That’s all, I should not have to add this at home. Making it wrong the first visit things happen okay, but getting it wrong on the replacement sandwich they just don’t care. So back to Jersey Mike’s and Subway.
