People in front of me lefy because they had been standing there over 5 minutes without seeing anybody. There were 2 managers in the back that weren’t helping out. We almost left, too. Buns were coated in mustard top bottom and inside n out on one cheeseburger. The second one was fresh n nice. Had to drive and take it back. Employees didnt even want to touch it then told me I had to throw it away cause they couldn’t touch it. You touched it to put it in my bag and to push it across counter while explaining I had to throw it away. One of the employees finally did cause I told them it could stay on counter.

Incredibly rude workers and the service here is terrible. They consistently get my order wrong or have other issues such as the broiler being down and not being able to make burgers. Just today I politely asked how to get a refund through the app since I couldn’t get the burgers that I had ordered and the cashier went on a rant about how that has nothing to do with them and how “just because it has our name on it doesn’t mean it’s ours” and told me that any refunds have to be done through the app. I’m fine with that, but the way she said it was incredibly rude and aggressive when all I did was ask a simple question. Just informing me that the refund is done through the app would have sufficed, there was no reason to aggressively rant at me like that.
