My wife and I had dinner here multiple nights while visiting The Keys. It is located in the Hawk’s Cay Resort. The food was excellent. Patty was a great server. Charles was very nice… I wish there were more people like him in the world… He made our night with friendly conversations and funny jokes. The entire staff was very attentive and accommodating.

Six-one prime is a lovely fine dining restaurant located inside the Hawks Cay Resort Lobby. Absolutely A1 services from beginning to end Reservation or walk-in friendly. They had high chair for our little ones and delicious kid friendly meal options. Not on the menu please ask you waiter. The food was so fresh and delicious the starter bread was so soft and warm he had to ask for seconds. We were a party of 4 adults 3 children all ordered something different of the menu and it was all finger-licking good. I would come back to this resort just for Six-One Prime. Easily took a high spot on my all time favorite restaurants in the Florida keys.

I know this is a bold statement but prove me wrong. This place has the BEST bread I’ve ever had. They serve it at the beginning and it is lights out amazing. Charles was able to get us in without a reservation and Omar was our fantastic waiter. This is the second time we dined here on our 10 day trip and it won’t be the last.

We had the absolute best time being served by Denisa & Charles. They kept us entertained & we felt so welcomed! Just like family. The food though was phenomenal. The scallops were 10/10!!!!!!! Salad was so fresh & delicious. The braised Lamb was our absolute favorite of the night! All four of us ordered the same thing & loved it! Highly recommend if you come and visit! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I popped in for a quick warm soup and ordered the French Onion Soup. It came beautifully prepared with a side of fresh hot bread. Both the soup and bread were absolutely delicious. My husband even says it’s the best French Onion Soup he’s ever had. The bread also comes with a delicious butter spread topped with black Hawaiian salt, which is incredible! We definitely recommend this restaurant. Charlie was also very friendly and welcoming. He shared a few cute jokes which we found entertaining. The other wait staff were very friendly and professional.

We had the Rybeye steak and several sides. I have to say that this was one of the best meals I have ever had, from start to finish. The staff was wonderful. Ask for Charles and Omar, they are attentive and eager to make your experience phenomenal.

Food is definitely not worth the price. $54. For burnt pork belly ,mushy rice and cold broccolini. Our server was excellent but the food was really not good. Having been in the service industry for 26 years the food here was really terrible. I have had better food at Chilis or Cheesecake Factory. Very very expensive food without delivering the quality. Seriously not worth spending $80. a person. A serious disappointment for our first night at Hawks Cay.

Awesome Dinner! From start to finish! Charles was great. Everyone that visited our table was excellent. We brought some Grouper and snapper in for chef to cook appetizers and was some of the best fish we’d ever had. Waitress was Daneisha and one of the best waitresses we have had any any restaurant.
