My kids love going to Sonic. It’s not really my thing. The Milkshakes are tremendous, as well as an Ice Cold Cherry Limeade. The food and service are pretty decent at this location. Ordering food over the intercom and having it delivered to the car is fun for the kids and nostalgic for the Adults.

1st off I was very surprised that I had a bad experience here. Had place a mobile order everything was good until I got my food. The jumbo chicken wasn’t jumbo and had no chicken on it just scrapes. My boss drink was incorrect, the mozzarella sticks was cold and the pretzel had a bad taste. No icing or sauce was given. Called the store and spoke with a manager she offer to have the order made over. So drove back to get new order. Part of it was right and part of it was wrong and this time the drink wasn’t with the order. As I wait 15 minutes to get the drink I realize that 3 people is standing at their exit door bc their order was wrong.

This is probably the first low rating I’ve given in a long while. Food was decent and it came out fine, but the employee with the red braids that runs the front is going to be the reason I never return to this establishment. Very rude and honestly made me check and throw away half my food just by the way she was acting. I might give it another chance, but with her there I won’t.

The manager has a very nasty attitude when doordash asks to speak to her after waiting 15 to 20 minutes just to pick up one order and the girl she has bringing out food to customers has a attitude as well and the manager acted as if she really could careless about the whole situation would not recommend

This place used to be consistent, but the past several times I have gotten raw burgers. Like still pink, now I understand some people prefer burgers that way but not me, it’s disgusting and in no way should my food consistently be undercooked after waiting in line well over 15 minutes each visit to also be met with rude service.
