We picked up a to go order of a kids pepperoni pizza, Brussels pizza, Greek salad, and Caesar salad. Service was amazing and when we asked for utensils bc we were having a picnic, the host gave us everything we needed, including plates. Everything was so tasty and fresh! The Caesar didn’t have blistered tomatoes or fire roasted Tuscan kale but we didn’t care bc it was still amazing! We just loved everything!

(I get it, labor shortage etc. it’s just that our waitress felt inattentive. ‍♂️)The food was absolutely fantastic! We ordered a large salad and a pizza and we split it between my wife and 7 y/o. Portions were perfect for us to all be satisfied.

The food at Four65 is consistently good and their rotating selection of drafts is excellent along with the wine and specialty bar. The Greek salad has fresh crispy vegetables and is a generous portion. Recently we had Polpette which is three large meatballs with delicious sauce and burrata — definitely give it a try. Tip: If you ask they will leave the pizzas in a little longer for a crispier crust. Update: they now regularly have the meatball sub which has three large meatballs, marinara, & cheese on amazing bread.

I’m glad that I have good insurance, because after tasting their Greek salad, my eyes began to roll and then after the meat lovers pizza, I began to speak in tongue. A fellow patron saw this and thought I was choking so he grabbed me and tried the Heimlich maneuver and broke a few ribs. Totally worth it!

In 2022, we ordered a prosciutto pizza with honey to share and 3 extraordinary half salads artfully presented in a pottery bowl. In 2023 , I returned to try their soup. Incredible flavors with a fresh slice of foccacia bread. Oh yes!

Absolutely our favorite repeat spot in Highlands, hands down. Visited this time to celebrate my dad’s birthday. The manager was our bartender last year, and made the most incredible blackberry margaritas. He jumped behind the bar for us and whipped up several rounds, and between the drinks, the pizzas, the charcuterie and the desserts, we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate. Super friendly staff and as already described, the manager is one of a kind. Check out Four65, I promise you won’t regret it.
