The food and dessert were really delicious! The servers were super friendly and accommodating for myself and my toddler; as the restaurant was very busy at the time I arrived (around 7 PM). The portions and the prices were pretty good in my opinion! The churros were delicious, the sauce perfectly paired with it. The elote was a little spicy, but very well seasoned so perfect for the spicy food lovers. I got a passion fruit marg with a tahin* rim, probably wouldn’t get that again only because the flavors didn’t go well together. I’m more of a mango marg girl. But the food and dessert were definitely great, I will be back!

Our ultimate favorite spot for tacos and drinks. We also love how the menu is always evolving. Highly recommend the coconut shrimp, fish, and birria tacos. The street corn is also a perfect starter. All of the drinks are great- but especially the margaritas. The waiters are all hospitable and sitting outside in the warmer weather is lovely. If you can, ask for Milo, he’s the best.

We sat outside in their patio. Wonderful, fun vibe. Great food. Smaller menu buy everything was delicious. Super friendly staff. Has a great neighborhood feel!

Nachos were quite good and our waiter was great. The tacos (we got birria, fish, and duck) were all fine and definitely creative, but definitely didn’t wow us…and for $6 a taco, I expected more.

Highly recommend the charred broccoli and chicken tinga tacos as well as the patata bravas. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Portions are on the smaller side, but food and drinks were delicious regardless!

Fun place to grab a bite after an event at underground ink block.

Well designed taco joint. Clearly a lot of time and attention went into the decor, and the menu. The service was good and the food was incredible. The menu is pretty bare bones, and the pricing is on par for what you’d expect from the area. Good spot for a date or a meetup with friends.

The corn nachos were great, a little heavy but great. I enjoyed the duck, the coconut shrimp, and crispy pork tacos. The drinks were great, I loved the spicy Paloma.

Great Atmosphere! Service staff is nice but servers talk at the host stand for a long time. Salsa was good, fresh and packed some heat. The queso chorizo was good, but was very thick. Cheese was a little grainy so it wasn’t completely emulsified or had broke a little. The garnish with Fresno Chile’s was a nice touch. I then tried the chicken empanadas. They were fresh and steamy when they arrived to the table. The empanadas are sweet on the inside and it reminded me of a pot pie meets sweet creamed corn. I dipped it in the tomatillo salsa and my mouth was overun with acidity. When cooking tomatillos the starches break down and become sweeter and it looses some acidity. This salsa was made with raw tomatillos so the acidity was in the forefront. I dipped my empanadas in the red salsa and enjoyed it so much more. Lastly I had the Birria quesotacos. I have had Birria all over the country and I always compare them to the ones I had in LA. These birrias were not crispy.. I couldn’t tell if the tortillas were dipped in the fat like most taquerillas or if it was dipped in the braising liquid. The meat was very beefy and rich but lacked the cinnamon, chile, and aromatics I am used to. The meat was tender and juicy but was just lacking other notes. This was the first time I’ve had cheddar on a birria and that was a nice touch adding some sharpness on the back note.
