After an hour and half of waiting for one pizza that’s over $25 with delivery etc I cancelled it and they could careless. Not even interested in why they failed to even complete the order. Failed because of no accountability within management and nothing will change. Complaining results in no change as no one cares because they get to much business or not enough staff. Sounds like management operational failures.

Thanks so much!! When I entered the store, nobody answered me, only the one who was making pizza told me to wait. I saw him work and he just ignored me for a long time, apart from the fact that he does not have hygiene, he does not wear gloves and he manipulates other instruments, no matter what. previously eaten here without problems, but I think it is the employees that touch you that day

Ordered online a Hawaiian pizza with a chocolate chip cookie. Was charged a delivery fee. Received instead a brownie. Called for the right dessert to be delivered and the Assistant manager told me I have to returned the brownie to his store at Wiles, Parkland. Advised him, I have no car. He said will not delivered. Asked him for an immediate credit for the cookie chip on my credit card. He said he will not. That will post a credit for my next order. I told him there will not be any more order from me. Said he will not credit the wrong product he sent. What type of customer service Pizza Hut is providing??? Please have a manager to call me and refund my credit card. Also the pizza has chicken and very few ham pieces. AWFUL. Sept, 7, 2022.

11/04/22 Started to order from here in Fri. night but the employee was very stressed and asked me to repeat what I already told her so I called off the order. I have had successful orders from here (Wiles Rd. Pizza Hut) in the past and I am in their system but all that didn’t help me to get a Thin Crust Veggie Pizza. She and I never got to discuss food. I called it off by saying “this is not a good idea.”

If I could give this Pizza Hut no stars I would. I ordered pizzas & wings for delivery. After an hour we had not received our pizza, I called the store and they said it would be here soon. However my son checked the front door and the pizza was left on the floor. We did not get a knock nor a bell ring. We had several people and no one heard anything. Once we opened the pizza it was completely full of ants! I called them regarding the issue. I did not want a refund, I just asked if we can have our order replaced. I was left waiting for a “manager” to call me back. Another hour went by, once I revived the call. This so called manager was the absolute most rude person I have ever dealt with, completely unprofessional in every way.
