TARIQUE Brooklyn Menu – Brooklyn, NY

Type : New American restaurant

Location : Brooklyn, NY

We’re very excited to announce that CORNER DELHI has now changed it’s name to TARIQUE. In addition to being the chef-owners namesake, it represents the final touch in our evolution to a modern bistro.

Tariq Haque has sought to lovingly & meticulously blend the vibrant flavors of multi-continents using responsibly sourced all natural ingredients. With thoughtful nuance this marriage of European & American fare makes this his most personal & avant-garde restaurant to date.

The same perspective continues into his drinks menu with his updated interpretations on classic cocktails, in addition to regional craft beers and a dedicated natural wine program that focuses on small family-run vineyards.

Trendy bistro offering Indian-inspired meals, cocktails & wine, plus a take-out option. Based on 188 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.3 stars. Price $$

Came on a Tuesday evening and it was pretty empty. Absolutely delicious drinks. Love the chaat masala salt rims. There’s a cocktail for every palate.

I thoroughly enjoyed our meal here! It wasn’t the crazy, knock my socks off, oh my god I need to return every day for the next week feeling that I usually have for places I give 5 stars to, but it was solidly solid.

Honestly I don’t know how this place isn’t more well rated. This was my second time, my partner’s third and the food is always incredible, staff is top tier! The cocktails are great and the vibe is perfect for a date or small group meal. Get the fried shrimp dish and chicken main, you won’t be disappointed!

We only came for drinks plus got the bread. I loved my drink, the hot goan—felt like I was eating a delicious juicy mango dipped in a lil bit of spices. Highly recommend the cheese bread as well. It is so chewy and goes so well with the coconut chutney. I needed more of that

This has become our go-to spot to bring friends. Both food and cocktails are outrageously good, especially the chicken, salmon, and shrimp mains. We end up scraping the plates every time because the sauces are so so flavorful.

Overall we had a nice evening celebrating our 35th anniversary and my daughters birthday both, of which I made note of when making my reservation…but after taking some time to consider the meal, I’m left quite disappointed that we spent over $500 for 6ppl and left feeling dissatisfied. The restaurant space is very welcoming with a cool vibe. Service was very good and attentive. Cocktails were well executed however, given the size of your wine list, having only 1 selection from each wine category (white, red, rose, cava, orange) is really limiting . I love a good photo shoot, but with a few exceptions, the food presented last night looked nothing like the photos that drew us to the restaurant in the first place. The food was good, but not great and in most cases the promise of unusual flavor combinations never materialized. The portion size for the $34 Clay Oven Chicken was TINY. Lastly, two choices for dessert is not adequate for the level of dining Tarique aspires to.

Delicious food, cute atmosphere! We had the sweet potato samosas and tandoori chicken. Both were cooked perfectly, and the service was prompt and friendly! Would definitely recommend.

Haven’t been since rebranding from Corner Delhi to TARIQUE, but have dined at Corner Delhi several times and menu looks the same. The cocktails are strong, not too sweet, and creative. The food has been dependably delicious every time — quality ingredients, inventive flavor combos, always super hot like it just went onto the plate. Inside is well decorated but still feels cozy and neighborhood-y.
