if you do not get your on line order as you wanted it to be do not expect them to help you out. They must assume you are trying to get a free sandwich because they only offer to sell you more food. Very poor way to do business. Order food and they can’t help you out when its wrong. Treat like a common thief!

Got a big John sub and an Italian sub waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and the Italian sub was smothered in oil it’s supposed to be oil and vinegar but the entire sub is soaked there was so much oil it was leaking out the bag. My husband couldn’t finish his sandwich Bc of all the oil. Very disappointed will not be coming back to this jimmy johns location. I’m the picture you can see the oil on the bread it made the sandwich gross.

If you want a sub that’s sloppy made and they don’t fix their errors. This is the sub shop you’re looking for. They gave me a sub with the bread ripped apart. Wasn’t even worth eating.

There was a sign on the door saying a power outage happened, and they were closed(5/28/23). I saw the lights were on and the door was open, so I entered. I was told they were closed upon entering by workers passing a vape around and smoking in the kitchen, which smelled suspicious.

I am so tired of coming here and my sub being wrong every. time. It’s honestly sickening to go pick up your food that you’ve been excited for and always have something wrong with it. Jimmy Johns is my favorite food place, but I’d honestly rather drive the 30 minutes to the Nile’s location then come to this one again.

Usually have good service, but lately they haven’t been checking the orders before they go out. Missing sauces, missing drink, and even a missing sandwich. Call the store, and get a “we will give you a store credit “. I ordered the food items, and you can’t check the order before it leaves to make sure it’s all there?? No, no store credit, just want all of the items I ordered. Still have a “store credit “from the ranch kicker sauce AND a large drink that they will not give Me.

The Boardman location has dramatically gone downhill used to order here all the time for my lunch break. I had ordered there last week for a pickup on the website it kept telling me that my sandwich was being made never once then I get a notification that it told me my food is ready so I eventually drive there like 20 minutes later sandwiches made but nobody contacted me. I can’t remember the exact order but everything was wrong nothing was right. When I walked into the store nobody introduced themselves said hi no nothing I literally walked in the guy finally asked me if I was going to pay cash a card. So I ordered again today and I got delivery. Said my delivery went out at 12:23 it was not here until like 12:40 I literally work right around the corner from Jimmy John’s. Food is good like always but I got a bootlegger sandwich and they actually gave me the heel of the loaf which is completely uncalled for like who gives you the heel on a sandwich. I also ordered sweet tea got unsweetened tea and I did not get my straw. Delivery driver was very nice. Somebody else in my office about 2 weeks ago ordered delivery and it took 40 minutes to get here I’m pretty sure our office is done ordering Jimmy John’s you lost customers that order there all the time you need to fix your stuff.

Finally tried this Market St/224 location again after a disappointing experience months ago. After waiting 15 minutes behind a van I finally called the store. Said “a huge order was to blame.” You can’t ask them to pull ahead and park so the rest of us ordering one sub can get through? Finally went to pay w a $50, all that I had. Was told “we can’t take this.” Told them fine keep it, see you again, never. Yes, JJ’s, this IS how this location rolls.
