I did a mobile order. Paid for delivery. My pizza was wrong. It had some kind of peppers on it. I called the store. The woman I talked to (claimed to be the assistant manager) was rude. She hung up on me after she raised her voice at me first. Her answer was they would remake my pizza and I could drive to the store and get it or they could credit me for a free pizza. Ok great…however I paid a delivery fee and driver tip. She said I had to call Doordash for that refund(doordash did their job). This still didn’t solve the problem of “I had it delivered for a reason” and my pizza is still wrong. I have a child I didn’t want to pack up to go get pizza. If I wanted to pack up my kid I would have done that and saved $8.11.

I’ve been visiting this Casey’s for a few years now off and on and now that I work just a cpl blocks away it’s become almost a daily routine. I have never once had any issues with any food at this specific location. Pizza is always fresh and not underdone and just runny with grease. I don’t know where some people are getting their story of unfresh pizza from because for one the foot traffic keeps the hot food going out the door. Also the cleanliness of this Casey’s is phenomenal. Parking lot is always clean free of trash, garbages are never overflowing. Bathrooms are just as clean if not cleaner than my own. Bugs (flyers) are almost non existent inside yes you’re going to get a fly and bee here or there but so do you at home. The staff is always friendly and small talk which is appreciated. Bottom line I will drive out of my way to go to this Casey’s. The only down side to this store is its size. Being a smaller store they physically can’t carry everything a bigger store like in Preston MN, Stewartsville MN or Spring Valley MN can carry. That’s the only reason this store gets a 9/10 score in my book. PS. Just tried one of the new Mac and Cheeses today for lunch and OMG! It has everything. Flavor, texture and great curb appeal. You definitely need to wrap your mouth around a fork full.

Went in for some snacks and I asked if I could get a couple slices of new pizza on the display. I understand that you can’t always keep up with fresh food. The pizza on display looked absolutely disgusting. It was old, dry, colorless and looked nasty. Usually I don’t mind eating “dead” pizza (not shiny or fresh). But I asked for two new pieces since they looked like they were morning 2-3 and it’s 7:15pm… the cashier was nice and asked the cook if she could make new. I heard her from the kitchen “ I’m too busy no” in a rude tone. The Cheshire tried to be nice about it to me that she said no. I just bought my drinks and left. The attitudes in this store are disgusting and your employees need to have a good manager come and watch them. Absolutely ridiculous. I usually go to kwik trip because of this…

Delivery is horrible. We ordered a pizza and waited 90 minutes and it was delivered to the wrong house. Called the store and they said they couldn’t do anything. Wow Casey’s… great customer service. Don’t mess around, just go to Kwik Trip, where their employees are a lot nicer and actually care about their customers. EDIT: Casey’s Corporate Office returned my calls and messages and gave me credit in their “Casey’s Dollars” which expire in 30 days. Great customer service at corporate! ☺

Casey’s, where the premium is not-so-premium? But every every pump besides this one had the “contains ethanol” label on the premium rather than the standard unleaded. Really confusing—mislabeled gas is a serious problem.

It’s baffling how slow they are when it comes to making pizza. I’ve ordered from them multiple times on my way home from work. I’ll show up 15-20 minutes later to an empty gas station with two employees sitting at the counter talking, only for them to tell me that it’ll be an hour before my pizza is ready.

Not real impressed… stopped in for a frozen coke and the machine must have just been started, no big deal. Attempted to get an iced coffee… and both flavors were bone dry and empty. At least the breakfast pizza slices were fresh, full, and good. A little disappointing when you go out of your way to grab a frozen coke.

Nothing but a disappointment. wrong delivery hours on the website. ordered online and got the wrong items, cold rubbery pizza and “taco salad” with chip dust instead of whole chips. ordered a hot ham sandwich and received a cold sub with only ham and cheese. called and they said the hot sandwich is only available for carryout; contrary to the website. will not order from here again.

Never been to this one, called 3 times and they didn’t answer. Called the south store they answered but did not have the necessary ingredients for the pizza(taco pizza you know the one that they have advertised just about everywhere), but they were kind enough to give me the number to the store rather then the kitchen. Well the front desk answered and said “it’s too late to order a pizza”, and i replied “but the south side is still making pizzas?” He said they just decided to close their kitchen early. Whatever I guess the company that thrives on pizza sales doesn’t want to make pizzas today? Or perhaps it’s one of those days…

Between being on her phone the entire time, snapping about not being able to accept the old box coupons any more, which we’d typically understand, but just wanted to ask, not wearing a mask and snapping at other employees, we did not have a good experience getting a pizza from this store.
