worst Taco Bell in the Madison area and most people would agree. will consistently forget items and skimp on what they actually remember to give you. don’t risk ordering delivery on their app either because it’ll take you at least a month to finally get a response and refund for your missing items, at least if you order through doordash you can get a refund right away. employees at this location are also just plain weird and rude, won’t look you in the eye or say anything at all except the total. I work in food service too so I get having an off day but all the time? honestly corporate needs to completely change the staff here.

These two were inside changing a baby on the table right in the middle of the restaurant on top of an uncovered table. Got my food and went outside so I didn’t have to see/smell that. Went outside started eating, food was cold and disgusting. Tried eating some more, and then these workers (same ones changing the baby on top of the table) come outside and start smoking a joint right in the parking lot with their baby in the car. Disgusting and these two not only should be fired, but cited for multiple crimes.

The employees are are incredibly passive aggressive and will frequently make errors that they decide are your fault. I ordered two sodas at the drive thru, confirmed it was two sodas at the window, they charged my card, gave me one, and were very rude when I told them I ordered two, insisting I didn’t and giving me dirty looks. Just go to a different Taco Bell, this one isn’t worth it.

Ordered a taco party pack this Friday night (8/4) around 11pm. All the hard shells were uncooked & soggy. Soft tacos were wet like they’d been sitting. I did not get any sauce packets & my drink was a small instead of a large.

Went through the drive thru tonight and the guy working it sucked. I wanted a Doritos taco shell for my cheesy gordita crunch to which the guy just goes “I dunno how to do that” this guy keep in mind is MUMBLING through the mic so we can barely understand him. Also ordered a cheesy roll up that I never got. As someone who has worked a register at a restaurant where people make SO many modifications, he could’ve found a way around the supposedly not knowing how to substitute a taco shell he didn’t even give us a receipt so I couldn’t go back to get my cheesy roll up nor then could I complete the survey and mention him by name, so google review it is.

Ordered from here through door dash. Door dash driver messages that they are out of beef. Okay, just substitute chicken. The restaurant refused to substitute for chicken because it costs more and we already ordered. ??? What. it’s not my fault you’re out of beef. Shouldn’t a substitution be offered to make it right ?

Pretty terrible service. I went with a friend who is blind and I have to read things for them. Any time I wasn’t talking to the staff member, they kept demanding my attention asking questions or trying to anticipate what I was going to order to ‘move things along.’ I even finally had to say ‘Okay, slow down, I’m looking things over.’ Would not recommend going to this location, take the time and go to the Whitney Way location just a short drive down the beltline. The service there is far superior and staff is friendly and in high spirits all the time.

I got two burritos. Both of them. They did not put my ingredients on there evenly. One bite was chips. One bite was rice and then the next bite was meat. And I was asked to use the kiosk after standing at the register for 5 minutes really sucks to use a kiosk and not get a employee discount lol lazy ppl nowadays

This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. It is Friday 4/29. The woman managing today and most days is a clueless child. She ignores orders that have been placed online hours in advance, because she is a terrible manager. I hope she gets fired soon because all she does is waste other people’s time. And the food sucks more than the service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
