One taco had basically no meat. three of the surpemes had barely any tomatoes if any. Very inconsistent. I won’t ever come back. Avoid this taco bell. Worst in nwa. Who ever spent the money to build, this isn’t go to make a return.

Have given this place 10+ chances, live right down the road, they are REGULARLY closed before listed times. Last time we went through drive through, everything we tried to order we were told “ we are out of that” so after 3-5 things we said “ so what can we order maybe that’s easier “ the little girl in the drive through said “ anything with steak” and we just asked “ well are we gonna be charged extra for the steak ?” Bc it’s usually an upgrade and she yelled through the speaker “ well yeah!! “ we still ordered because it was late and we were hungry, when we pulled up to the window she snatched our card slamming the window, when my partner tried to explain why we had questions she slammed the window in our faces and turned and started yelling at someone inside saying “ these MF’ers complaining” literally threw our food at us and shut the window. Not only do they get food wrong every single time, but they’re also rude beyond belief. Obviously from the other reviews, this franchise owner does not care. Tonight, the grilled chicken ranch burrito has rice, no ranch, beans for some unknown reason and no cheese, the chalupa supreme is not even cooked ( shell ) and the grilled steak burrito is dripping in avocado ranch sauce and there is loose cheese at the bottom of the bag. Then to top it all off there is some weird fire sauce with … electrical tape ? On it? This place is horrible even for Taco Bell standards.

I have a realistic expectation for taco bell, and honestly it’s one of my favorite fast foods. This location just can’t get it right. We’ve given this one several tries and we always regret it. Online orders – wrong. Drive thru orders – wrong. Some of their ingredients just seem… off. I went last week and was the only person in the drive thru and one of a few customers in total. Last time I went they put in an extra item by mistake. It was some kind of chicken taco. It looked so gross that I lost my appetite and threw the other food out. Ick. Never going back.

Not one table was clean when I walked in and there were only two customers in the store. No employee wanted to assist at the counter even when an elderly man had a question a customer went over to help. I observed one employee watch people walk in and she refused to assist them pretending to not see them. Interesting how self seve kiosks are helping employees be more careless.

Best restrooms in nwa. Only cause you can actually wash your hands properly in the bathroom. I hate places where they have NO PAPER TOWELS. Taco Bell does not have paper towels, but their hand dryers accommodate for that. As a delivery driver, I thank you for keeping those r3strooms clean and functioning.

There were 3 people working, I had a mobile app order and 2 other people walked in and ordered and there might have been 2 drive thru orders. None of these were simultaneous they were spaced out, and they still took over 20 mins to complete my order but according to the text messages I received they only took 5 minutes. One of the walk ins canceled her order. The food was mediocre at best, my taco had cheese on one end but not on the other side or middle. The burrito was thrown together but thankfully I had it grilled so it didn’t fall apart. I would think if it took 20 mins to make a taco and a burrito they would look nice but apparently 5 orders just flustered the employees to no end. Just really disappointed in the service.

Very, very, very slow this evening. We used the app and still had to wait almost 15 minutes to pull forward to the order board. If we had not prepaid with the app we would have just pulled out of line and gone somewhere else. Three or four cars behind us did just that. You folks are hemoraging money!

Recently moved to the area and lets just say the only complaint I have is this taco bell. Will no longer be a returning customer. I noticed it’s always the same person working that gets my order wrong. I dont know how taco bell isn’t embarrassed to have a store which such bad customer service.

Very ashamed that we had to spend $34.50 for tacos that had just a pinch of meat couple pieces of lettuce had more shell than anything which is sad because they were supposed to be Taco Supremes didn’t have no tomatoes and no sour cream also ordered a potato soft taco add beef two little pieces of potato and barely a teaspoon full of meat as well as my wife ordered a crunchwrap supreme it looked like a folded tortilla I will never eat at this establishment again I would have got more bang for my buck if I would have went next door to Victoria’s didn’t know I was going to get ripped off!!! Never had an experience like this from taco bell I can see having issues through McDonald’s like this but never taco bell we even asked for a receipt and never got one at that point we had enough and just walked out.
