We stopped on our way to Virginia. We were there on a Friday afternoon around lunch time. We ordered 3 2 piece combos with rice. The chicken was fresh and delicious. The rice was perfectly spicy. Delicious.

As with most Popeyes it takes forever to get your food. Great older lady at the counter doing a great job, but she needed more help. Floors were like an ice skating rink because they using the same mop they use in the kitchen that they use in the eating area. It’s dangerous. They need to thoroughly clean the floors to get rid of the grease. Food was good.

Side dishes always half full but charge full price.poor customer service you get one sauce with tenders n charge for a second sauce where does one sauce serve 3 tender millsboro de Popeyes need to get better customer service change cooking grease more often or hiring people who will provide work needs done or close down. Shouldn’t have mistakes as much with people food especially when you don’t live in that area.

Food us usually good, standard Popeyes food, though the sides are usually about 3/4 full. There is usually something missing from my order. Pull over and check before leaving the store. They correct it without arguing. My last experience was the worst. They told me it would be a few minutes and to pull in a spot and wait (drive thru order). After about 15 minutes, I go in to see what is taking so long, and they had totally forgotten my order. I still had to wait for them to make it. The worker acknowledged her mistake, but the manager offered no apologies, discounts, etc. for what was clearly a major mess up. Very frustrating experience since it is the only location within 30 minutes.

I ordered 2 2piece dinners…1 with 2 chicken breast and a Very small side and 1. 2 piece dark with a Small side… The pieces look like they were Dwarf..I thought KFC was a rip….$18 for 2…2 piece dinners! Never Again!!

We really enjoy Popeyes, and after shopping, we decided we wanted chicken. I wish we had made another choice. The food just wasn’t up to all the other Popeye’s we have been to. Food was greasy and tasted like old oil. I got mac and cheese as a side, and the serving was tiny. I hope this was not the norm.

I bought a 2 piece chicken meal with large rice n beans. One chicken wing was so small it looks like a chick wing not grow yet. Rice n beans was 1/2 full and no beans. Never go to this Popeyes again. And they argued with me when I showed them my meal .

Painfully SLOW. Guests served out of order and we were served 22 minutes after ordering. Drive thru has priority so dont go inside. Both very basic orders were missing something or were just wrong. Very dissapointed
