They didn’t have anything we wanted to order, we had to just get tacos and drinks. They didn’t give us our sauces or my receipt. The tacos were cold, broken, soggy and some tasted sour like they were old. The wraps were all crumbly like they had pulled them from a trash bin and not freshly made. If this is the service offered and they can’t stay stocked why stay open. Very upset for this paying $50+ to receive this.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever went to, and it’s not that the food didn’t taste good but because of the utmost un professionalism from the staff. Almost every time I’ve gone there, my food is either super late coming out so I’m waiting 20+ mins just for 2-3 tacos which shouldn’t take that long, one time I went inside because I waited almost 30 mins for my food and found out that they were in a shift change and didn’t notify me at all so I had to wait another 15-20 mins which by then my appetite was gone. One time I went inside to order food and the worker literally criticized my order by asking me “why would I want that?” which obviously was a joke, but is it that hard to maintain professionalism? My last straw with this place was when I ordered doordash which was around 11-12pm and I got notified from doordash that the Taco Bell told the driver they weren’t open yet which is obviously wrong according to their hours, and they said the food would be ready in an “hour or two”. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this Taco Bell/KFC.

About my 10th time eating here and have had problems every single time. Missing food or wrong order every single time. This is the worst ran establishment I’ve ever seen. This place deserves a negative star review and should be burned to the ground for a fresh start. I vote chickfila to take its spot.

If I could give 0 star I would, I have went there twice and the first time they couldn’t give me any party pack because “they didint have enough” then the 2nd time “I can’t give you any party pack because it’s too hot” I didint get the lady’s name but you guys should hire better people to do the job right. This is unacceptable. That’s the most ghetto thing I have ever heard for someone working at a fast food joint.

You can be the only person in the drive through ordering bean burritos and they still ask you to pull into a spot to wait. How long does it take to make 3 bean burritos that I have to park… then when they come out they are angry and give yoyr food to the wrong person… everytime I come here its always something. They need training!!

I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a burrito… simple enough? They have everyone in line pay then pull into one of the parking spots so their meter reads that they finished that order… I’ve now been waiting here for 20 mins and one of the employees walked up to my car and asked me what my order was… this is horrible! I made my order around 8pm 04/19/23 still waiting, will not be eating here ever again

One of the worst taco bell outlet ever. Gave worst French fries and we dumped it in the trash!! Ordered cheese quesidia but gave chicken qusdia!! Worst experience!! They didn’t even cut the qusdia for the kids when asked to do so.

Every time i have been here it has been a bad experience. Whether lack of service, to not knowing their designated job, to lack of supplies, to not enough workers and etc. I understand things happen in workplace. 2.75☆ The floor was sticky and dirty. The exterior really needs attention. Focus inside was on drive-thru. 4 people waiting in lobby, 1 person working counter, taking and filling 1 order at a time. 2 cook’s, 3 working drive-thru and 1 on break. On the bright side, the Chicken and waffle sandwich and Chicken Quesoritto were hot, fresh and tasty. Yes, even in the midst of the filth I still ate the food. I have eaten KFC chicken that has fallen in the Desert Sands of Saudi Arabia and meat on a stick from a cart on the streets of Korea. What can I say, I was hungry and YOLO
