It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location because, honestly, Cracker Barrel had kind of gone down in food quality and service. However, I was pleasantly surprised during this visit that both the food and service were better. It was busy during the time we were there, but our waitress was very attentive, and our food was amazing!

Revisited 4/9/23 and my food was delivered warm! First time ever!! Tried Steak n’ hash brown casserole and besides the steak being chewy it was a extremely large and delicious meal!!! Also came with 3 biscuits Pancakes can not be beat and the only disappointment is the scrambled eggs are NOT fluffy like the pictures. They are beaten and then cooked flat and flipped. UPDATE 7/24/23 I tried the Chicken Fried Chicken and it was AMAZING as well as the fried okra and loaded hash browns. My food was delivered HOT, fresh and early!!! Portions were big and the whole experience made it worth the higher prices❤️❤️❤️ Something has changed at this location for the positive starting in April 2023. I am guessing some changes were made in the management team. Instead of getting old and cold food now I am getting a whole new level of amazing delicious food❤️❤️ Whatever it is please keep it going!!!! FYI I erased my previous negative review and put the stars at 5 where they belong now!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our server, Rachel, was very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable about the menu and gave us excellent service. We especially enjoyed reading the materials on the walls around us. Our brief wait was fun!

The food was good and the waiter was very nice. We had the Glitter Globe Spritzer and a strawberry Mimosa. They both were very good. We had the Sunday homestyle chicken I wanted it with the French toast but they said because of the shortage they don’t serve French toast after 11(disappointing). So I had to get pancakes. We also had the regular Sunday homestyle chicken meal and also the Country Fried Pork Chops which is their Saturday meal special. All in all we had a great time with some good food.

Pancakes were disappointing. First they brought me cold rubbery pancakes. I had to send them back. The next ones were warm and a better texture but were still thin, not fluffy, and they had a meat flavor. I went at 11:00 a.m. so I think cook must have put them on a grill that had had meat on it. I had the chicken too, and that was very good. … I was seated for 10 minutes or more before the waitress came by and said she was taking another family first because she thought they must have been there before us. She ran so fast past that I couldn’t even tell her that we were waiting much longer. The others had just been seated. … Both our meals came out incomplete, including missing utensils, so we had to keep sending the waitress back for things that were supposed to be part of the meal. Waitress was nice, but while you wait for parts of the meal, the meal is getting cold. So overall, just not a great experience. … Back to the pancakes, this is now three batches of pancakes I’ve had at Cracker Barrel in recent months that have been bad. I think they must have changed their recipe. I won’t get pancakes again at Cracker Barrel.

Now the food and service is always great here but what I witnessed this hostess doing was wrong…. She would wipe the tables off helping the servers with the tables but then she would run back up to the hostess stand when she was done and throw the rag she was wiping the tables off with on the floor… very unacceptable!!! Put that rag in a bucket of water and Clorox!!! Don’t put it on the floor and then wipe my table… that’s disgusting!!!! Here is the pic look at her feet the bottle she sprayed it with and the white rag on the floor!!! Why? Nasty!!

This used to be my youngest son’s favorite spot. Snow days and birthday breakfasts for 10-12 years. Our last visit was our FINAL visit. The pancakes that always nearly covered the entire plate were DOWNSIZED. I mentioned it to our server and she agreed. She was told the change was at the manager’s direction. She also let me in on the fact that it was frowned upon to give a patron more than ONE tiny bottle of the “famous” maple syrup. The explanation was blamed on INFLATION. Raise your prices don’t skimp on what we have grown to expect.

Mixed review…some of our food was cold and all of it was mediocre at best. Our server was a new 16 yr old kid who did very well on a busy Sunday afternoon. He was attentive and friendly. The manager was also friendly, came by our table of 3 and engaged us with witty conversation before the food arrived. Once our food arrived, our grits were cold and mine had hidden macaroni shells inside. The 3rd meal was a brisket bowl and the mashed potatoes were also cold and bland. The manager was quick to act and handled our complaints appropriately. The food was disappointing, but we had good service.

I was here when they opened this morning. One of the first people through the door when they opened it. We all were greeted promptly and with a smile and invited in. We were then seated and our servers took our drink orders right away.

Management sucks. Waitress not experience. Seated order taken, food took about an hour to get to the table. Need to have cross training so te wait staff is more flexible and able to help in kitchen. Hostess need to get more expensive in seating so the wait time for food is not so long.
