Honestly I’m not one to leave a bad review on abusiness let alone a fast food place but I don’t know if the girl working was being nice or petty that I ordered a 12 pack taco box and asked for a coupl3 of the kinds of sauces. I came home questioning why she handed me 105 and counting sauces. I had a long day with my four kids and fam last thing I want to do is be treated like that . I can see hooking me up but a whole bag. 105 after i used sauces on taco and counting . I work at bk so im not dumb and know how fast food works. sorry for the review

Skimped on my grilled cheese burrito and giving quarter portions of protein/rice. Feel cheated out of my cost for the burritos, which are not a value item on the menu. Cinnamon twist and tortillas drenched in oil I can’t even taste the food. Had these experiences multiple times. Going to another Taco Bell moving forward, I am a fan of the franchise, and purchase the same food products every time so I know exactly what I should expect. This place gets a few things wrong consistently. I really wish I could take my money back and go to another TB that will serve the adequate portions. It’s just the closest to my place. This is just my experience. Very disappointing. Paid $20 for what felt like value menu section food. The Mexican pizza was drenched in oil, the grilled cheese burritos are undersized. I am freaking hungry and half of this food is getting thrown out. Now I have to go buy more food. Big middle finger to this Taco Bell. Not. Coming. Back.

I decided to try their breakfast items and to my surprise it was a lot better than I expected from a fast food restaurant. I had the breakfast sausage crunch wrap and a sausage/egg burrito, my wife had the quesadilla and everything was so good. Definitely recommend trying their breakfast items.

I went in to eat out. It was terrible. We ordered our food and it took 30 mins and several trips to the counter to get it! The food was tepid at best. And old tasting. In fact, I think I got a little food poisoning. I had to evacuate almost immediately. I ordinarily like taco bell but now I’m too afraid to eat it again. So I won’t be back.

Couldn’t understand employee at window about what was a trio. I told him I wanted mild sauce. I didn’t get any sauce, straw for pop or a napkin. Crunchy taco thing was awful. So sad.

They have a service award sitting g on counter but have no service. Worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. You have to order on a screen which is what it is. My co worker had to pay at register and nobody came to take his money until he asked someone well after people in front of him got there food. The food was cold and took forever to get. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They staff get FIVE stars. The 4 is no reflection on them. It’s due to the Kiosk. Those kiosk are a pain in the you know what. Rather your using it or waiting on someone that doesn’t know how to use it. But I get it. Production efficiency.
