An absolute 0 from me!! Especially since they switched to a call center for the orders! I requested curbside pickup. Was told no problem and that the store would call when order was ready in 11-21 minutes! Waited 35 minutes and still no call. I finally attempted to call back, automated voice says my order was ready! Drove over to the store, pulled up in front of store, lots of employees in store, no other customers but no one was coming out to me. Grab my cane and limp in and give the employee my name and ask why no curbside and he says” Do you want me to walk it out for you!” I told him him to just forget it, grabbed order and left. Informed them I’d never be back. The pizza was barely warm when I got home so clearly was done in the 11 min they first had mentioned. There’s been other issues in the past, so not my first problem with Domino’s but I’ll assure you, it was my last!

I would give 0 stars. but this is not an option. This is TERRIBLE!!! Service is 100% terrible. we tried to order food for an end of the year school activity. our order was cancelled 3 times!! we missed 2 hours of class waiting because we were told it would be there at those times! after this terrible service… we were hung up on THREE TIMES!!! this is ridiculous!!

Id rate the store/ordering about a 3 1/2. The food is great when its made great, but the reason I’m giving it a little over a 3* is because its very coinflip on the quality. – this is also why I tip at most $8-10. Good drivers, in and out with no issues, its just the chucky cheese quality pizza at times is what puts me off of dominoes.

Placed my online order; included extra instructions as it can be challenging by GPS finding my place. I place regular orders, and always way over tip 30+%. Tonight I watched the delivery driver on the map drive in all different directions. I stood outside waiting for them to circle back, only to have them drive past and mark my order as complete. I called the number, and waited while listening to the auto generated message. When answered, the gal on the phone sounded irritated I was calling; I explained how occasionally, the driver will call. “We’re supposed to. Hold on.” Then when she came back offered to make it fresh, but didn’t sound happy about it. I took a breath and nicely asked for the order just to be cancelled. She responded, “even better, thank you, goodbye” and immediately hung up. I always try to give good reviews and if I have to complain, I’m not a B@#$ about it. The service I received tonight was terrible. I tried to call back 2 more times to ask for a manager and my calls were never answered. So disappointed in this store. I understand everyone is short staffed; that it’s hard to find staff. However, I still have mouths to feed here.

The managers are very nice and our family knows them by name. They have come through for us on multiple occasions for parties and the like. The drivers are friendly and hard working. They always duble check our orders and ask us if our night is good. Their store is always nice and orderly and they’ve actually delivered earlier than expected which is great! Keep up the good work!

They always do a good job, glad they have gluten free. They forgot pepperoni on my wife’s gluten free pizza but she still likes it. Wish the Rewards allowed us to get a gluten free crust.
