Worst service ever, this was only my second time here and I’m undecided if I’ll return. I went here with my daughter to grab dinner. I ordered our food and had asked for sauce but when we got our food I seen that they had forgotten my sauce, I went and asked for the sauce well the girl who was up told me I had to pay for them as you only get one when you order chicken tenders I proceeded to tell her I never even ordered chicken tenders and I have already asked for my sauce. I really wasn’t trying to make a big deal as I figured maybe she didn’t understand me since it seemed to be a language barrier anyways I told I wasn’t paying for sauce when I had ordered the sauce she then looked at the guy in the back he looked at her and then they both looked at me like I was a crazy person I said it’s fine I don’t even want them. A few minutes later she brings me the sauces and sadly they weren’t the ones I wanted. Maybe I’m just overreacting but I felt the language barrier was definitely a problem to start with and they seemed pretty rude. Food was great though and their strawberry biscuits were pretty good.

I wanted to recognize this location for an amazing service, especially Jose who works there at the register and does such incredible job. He is always very polite, respectful, friendly, does not rush you, always greets you with the smile. He really impressed me and my family with his great and friendly attitude and overall going above and beyond to serve the customers. I hope he gets recognized for an amazing job he is doing!

Great food… Busy location. Not all employees were wearing masks and some not properly. Oh, and they forgot to put napkins in our bag – otherwise it was good. I’d go back again! Love that chicken from Popeye’s!

Ive sent multiple compalints to corporate no one has responded and all becuase of the so call manager Yadria worst customer representative and becuase of her both time had problema and made my kids cry. Usually go to the one on Westfields Blvd but decided to give this on a try since it opened not too long ago and it has a drive thru. BIG MISTAKE! Tried to order on the app but when I chose this particular location it said that the order could not be processed, I tested it out and changed the location to the Westfields’ store and their system was working fine. So I decided to just drive there and order at their drive thru. It took about 35 minutes to sit in line at the drive thru on a Sunday at 3:05 PM. Ordered 4 Classic Chicken sandwiches, 2 with no pickles or mayo, 1 with no pickles and the last regular. 1 side for each sandwich 2 fries, a Cajun Rice and a coleslaw. After I paid I sat at the window for about 5 minutes when one of their employees told me that it was taking longer for my order so did I mind moving forward a little so they could continue helping clients. Had no problem and moved forward. 15 minutes later a guy comes out with a mask not covering his nose and asks me, “What did I order?” I told home you have to be kidding me just give my money back. He gets annoyed and says how do you want me to get your order if you do not tell me what it is? BTW I was the ONLY car waiting for an order that did not get it at the window. He asked for my receipt and I tell him your cashier did not give a receipt and he HE is frustrated that I don’t have a receipt. He keeps asking for my order again and I ask him if he wants to write it down to remember and this annoys him even more so I just recite my order and he leaves. 10 minutes later he gives me a bag of food and says “sorry for the wait, I threw in an extra pie in the order. After ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES I just wanted to leave, got home and the 2 of the sandwiches were not made right, it looks like they used chicken tenders instead of the normal breast of chicken AND NO FRIES. I’m done first and last time I go there rather drive to the Westfields location even though there’s no drive thru but they always get the order right and the wait is always reasonable.
