This was the first time eating inside the hotel restaurant. I had the smash burger double patty for dinner. The burger itself was super juicy as juices were dripping with every bite. The fries, in my opinion, were the best thing of the entree.

Not your every day kind of brunch menu. It was very upscale and delicious. The flavors of the enchiladas were perfect. It had the perfect amount of spice and seasoning. Will definitely be back to try more. Service was friendly. There is a wait to receive your food, but deserving for the masterpiece like the one I tasted. Brava.

Since you can hardly fit your arms across his broad barrel chest, you’ll have to wrap your mind around his incredible menu. The culinary flex is impressive from this chef-driven heavyweight of a restaurant. This was hands down the best meal I have had in Lubbock. The food is so fresh, and the flavors perfectly balanced (if you’re into ayurvedic cuisine, you’ll appreciate their fusion of flavors) colorful, and an overall visual delight. We had the duck and the alligator tacos, and both were an absolute delight. The watermelon salad was so refreshing, and the deserts beautifully plated and finished. Not only was the food outstanding, the service was as well. I will definitely return.
