Got the food to go. That’s why we didn’t notice what they served. For a new place they should be serving good food. The food isn’t made fresh. They literally gave my cousin a stale hot dog. Who knows how long that thing was sitting there. He flipped the dog just show how stale the thing was that the “chili” didn’t even fall off from the bun. I felt horrible when he pointed it out when he was half way eating that thing. This is beyond disgusting to serve anyone something like that. I won’t be back to this establishment. I rather make the drive up to the one on Trinity.

Ordered a couple of route 44 drinks on the app to get the happy hour price and first off the guy forgot to give me the straws and then I don’t think they charged me half off for my drinks in the first place! That’s why they are only getting the rating they got!!! and to top it off they didn’t give me exactly what I ordered! Including they don’t have a number to complain to them so they can make it right! That’s all I want and it’s not that much waste to replace a drink, trust me I worked in fast food long before the employees were born! Or even a thought in their parents mind!

Food is good, better than the other sonic. Service was fast. Staff is not friendly ,and staff is rude. The girl with the fake hair and long braids is rude and can’t get the order right. It’s like she has the personality of a wet mop. I like Sonic’s, was happy that they opened near my house, but with that crew there, might stop going there.

Wanted to check out the new sonic we got downtown! I went through drive thru last night and the person taking my order was so nice! he was very patient with me and made sure he got everything right on the order. i came up to the window and he greeted me with a smile and a lovely attitude. i wish i knew his name so i could mention it! it was a tall asian teen with glasses! will definitely come check the place out again!!

Went tonight for milk shakes and both my mini and small we’re not ice cream shakes anymore buy the time I got them and mine was wrong. I ordered a Oreo cheesecake and they gave me a Reese’s cheesecake. Everytime I go there something is wrong. How they just open and already having issues.

I ordered on the app , I asked for easy ice on my drink but when I got my drink it had no ice and it tasted super watery so I think they made it with the order and left it out , my food was cold , buns were hard , I asked for extra crispy tots they were undercooked bc the outside was barely light golden color and cold in the middle . I pulled up there was no stalls open (which I know isn’t their fault) but there is no number to call . I was on my work lunch break which is 30 mins and it is located 2.2 miles away so I ordered while I was in the car and when I ordered I left right away to be there. There is no excuse as to why my food should be that cold and my drink warm and watery in 5 mins when it’s supposed to be fresh .

I came today to get some slushy’s and all my drinks were wrong. I’m not sure what they even gave me honestly I ordered 1 med and 1 large Strawberry slush with real strawberry and nerds, I limeade with Nerds, and a large cherry slush and 2 big cups of ice. My whole order was wrong except for the cups of ice. Unbelievable man and they just opened this location.

It’s 12:40pm at night and I just got off work and got my usual chicken sandwich and double grilled cheese burger and tots. I was charged for a tots and burger, but when I get home there’s no tots. And now that I think about it, the new lady who took my order never asked if I wanted tots or fries. I can’t call the store since they don’t have a phone number posted and I’m not wasting gas driving back over there when it’s about to be 1am just for some tater tot’s. Look at all of the bad reviews on this place.
