The breakfast sandwich I ordered was amazing. It took a while for it to come out, but it was served hot. Coffee was also great. The reason I’m leaving a poor review is due to the service at the window. We went through the drive thru and we were asked to leave a tip to which we said no. The barista then asked 10%, 15%, 20% or custom? I don’t appreciate being made to feel guilty for not leaving a tip when going through the drive thru. For two coffees and a sandwich it was over $20. This company makes enough to pay its employees well enough to where they don’t need tips. Everyone knows that they can leave a tip, don’t try to twist things. (Previous review stated that they ask because nobody knows they can leave a tip at the drive thru).

This is the best coffee in town, at either location. Staff is friendly and it’s so nice to support the local franchise owner rather than a national chain, which doesn’t have as good of coffee, INMO. I do wish it wasn’t getting so expensive, as I can’t go as frequently as I’d like to.

The place is great and so is their coffee. It just really bugs me that they ask me if I want to leave a tip at the drive through window. It’s no cringy… if someone wants to leave a tip they will.

Don’t put ice in nitro drinks! It ruins them!

For everyone’s sake, please fix your drive-thru service (speaker which is always muffled and unclear and the associate who takes the order wrong all the time probably because of the faulty speaker and mic). Definitely will not take a minute for all your customers go from Dunn Brothers to “Done Brothers”. Nothing wrong with the coffee taste if it’s the right one I’ve ordered.

Please open stores in De Pere/Green Bay, WI area. Best coffee out there – I only get to stop when visiting our son & his family in Minnesota. 1st sip and you remember what really great coffee tastes like!!

Burnt coffee taste. Meeting place for business agreed to. Previously used table with crumbs& coffee spells could have been cleaned off. Changed site for meeting as could not find a table clean enough for legal papers signing.

Sat in line for 20 minutes. Sat in front of the order speaker for at least 5 minutes. No one ever asked to take our order, so we assumed maybe the speaker was broke. We get up to the window and the employee tells us that she won’t take our order and that we needed to drive back around to the end of the line. We obviously ask if she can just take our order. She admits this happens “all the time” but still won’t take our order and expects us to go back to the end of the line and wait 20 minutes. Ridiculous… Left and went to Starbucks. Line was twice as long but moved 3 times faster.
