Used to be my go-to for China takeout, however the last few times the food has tasted like cigarette smoke. The reviews saying they are rude are most likely a language barrier deal, and I prefer an authentic experience which means that may be the case. So I’m fine there. Prices seem fair as well, but just can’t get over the decline in food quality.

Decided to try a new restaurant… The food I ate was alright; but after my 3rd bite I found a Blonde hair in my food… Everyone in my household has brown/black hair. Called the restaurant to try and get a refund. Even said I’d return the food! Got hung up on 5 times. Until they finally called back and confirmed to bring back the food for a refund. Will never eat from here again. Order at your own risk

We ordered delivery. I ordered on the phone with them, 4 egg rolls, large szechuan chicken and large mongolian beef. We only received one egg roll and got mongolian chicken instead of beef. I called them and was put on the phone with a manager. All she said was I am sorry. Thats it, nothing else. It’s hard to find good chinese around here and we like thier food, but we will not be ordering from the again.

Horrible I ordered on phone and was told my food would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I waited 10 minutes drove over there from work on a break real quick to grab my food and when I got there, nothing with me he was in such a rush to get my money, but didn’t even have my food ready and told me I would have to wait 10 more minutes, on top of that the prices for the food that they are charging is completely wrong from what they advertise online. Then the guy who I was asking if my food was ready, acted like he could not understand me and started getting loud with me and yelling that is unacceptable now I see why there’s barely any business at this establishment.

The cashier is rude.. didn’t understand me just talk to me like I was stupid.. I asked for noodles that actually should come with the soup but they charge extra and she didn’t understand what I was saying and just kept talking to me like I’m dumb

Got 2 out of 3 orders wrong. Egg rolls and other fried things were soggy. Call and complain and manager was to busy to talk. She called back about 10 mins later, never cared about the mistakes or the soggy food. Didn’t offer to fix or give refund. This place is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE waste of 80 dollars, 3meals for 80 rip off.
