customer service is great! but food? do not come here if you’re looking for real seasoned authentic Mexican food. I had the combination platter fajita w steak and chicken. my husband taco platter. rice has no taste, meat no taste, no seasoning, nothing. You’ll like it if you don’t mind unseasoned food popped out from Walmart frozen section. Love the customer service, but food, is a big no. Drinks were great!

Jalapeño Inferno Park West: Food is very good and drinks are 5 star. We love the food and the margaritas are on point. The service is what makes it 3 star. We typically like to sit at the bar and service has, frankly, sucked the last 3 times we’ve visited. Seeing as we spend about $100 each visit, we expect much better service REGARDLESS of where we sit. We should not have to ask for chips and salsa multiple times, only to be given them right before our food is served. I should not have to wave down a bartender for another drink when there is NO ONE ELSE at the bar. Every time we visit the restaurant is practically empty, so it’s not like they are busy.

Happy to give this restaurant 5 stars. Our server, Sam(antha), was brightly cheerful and attentive. The food was tasty for American-style Mexican food. Well-plated food and reasonable portions allowed us to enjoy dinner without feeling the need to overeat (implied in the LARGE plates of food you get in most other restaurants). Excellent if you’re looking for a modern take on Mexican dishes.

My husband and I didn’t want to go out, so we ordered delivery. We were both skeptical about ordering nachos to go, but they arrived still crispy and hot. The steak was to perfection. The mini chicken fundidos were delicious, and I have FINALLY found a place that has delicious salsa compared to the Tee Pee salsa I grew up with (add a little more heat, then 100%!). Seriously, I have tried so many places in the West Valley and have been disappointed each time. I couldn’t have been happier with the food even if we had dined in. No pics as we were so hungry, we just ate off the kitchen counters dodging each other going back and forth We will definitely be ordering again.

Feels like it should be a breakfast cafe on a beach based on interior design, monster nachos split between my sister and I was essentially a ton of chips, some burnt cheese, and a cup of chicken, I could have made better at home. My husband said the fish tacos were good. The one in Scottsdale is much much better. Only giving 3 stars because it was fast service and the people were nice
