I really like Sharks but I am exhausted with the workers always asking for tips, especially when they don’t ensure that you have everything, i.e. flatware. I was not satisfied with today’s order. The fries were very soggy, and when I returned to the restaurant, the manager didn’t have the courage to tell me that they do not do refunds, he had the employee to inform me of this. He offered to redo the meal over. I don’t do, “do overs.” If you can not take the time to ensure that the order is correct the first time, but so quickly to ask for a tip, the priority of this establishment is wrong. He did not take into account that I had to drive back to this place. I am exhausted with not taking care of the customer.

This was my 1st visit at this location. I placed my order over the phone. The employee that took my order was polite and took my order correctly. The fries were okay. The gizzards and livers were both extremely salty. The fried okra was actually TOO salty for me to eat. Also, I was asked for a tip at the Drive -Thru window. Is this considered customary now? I struggle with tipping drive-thru. I mean, If I receive service from a host In a dine-in settling, I would definitely tip. #NoWindowTipping

Check your orders. Ordered a six piece chicken wing dinner and received four wings and the lady at the drive thru window had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. No, if you can’t get the order right. First, you said you didn’t have my order. Then, when I receive it, it’s wrong.

First time I tried to order here I placed the order over the phone. Arrived at the restaurant and was told I called another location. Fast forward to today, I call and an employee picks up mad because she had to work today and told me she is not sure how many pieces of catfish comes with the meal she just knows half a pound. That was the final round for this location for me. I’ll drive downtown or maybe even to Phenix City. Captain Ds will even do it at this point

Had the grouper sandwich crispy with fries and a lemonade. It was FANTASTIC! SO GOOD. When I go back, because I’m going back I’ll add pictures. A little slow, taking 10, 15 minutes, but they tell you that up front, and it was worth the wait. Can’t wait to go back!

The food is some of the best in town but the front end staff sucks. Why is is always a problem getting my phone order right? They always forget a side or leave off an item, and the girls that answer the phone can barely read and don’t listen or follow directions. I’m paying for food I’m not getting and it’s getting old. The people at Victory drive we’re extremely rude last time so I went to Wynnton. The girl who took my order there was no better.They are opening new locations but hiring the same sorry front end people. I guess when you serve and hire mostly Black people customer service doesn’t matter as much. Good enough is good enough.
