Haven’t gotten Pizza Hut in a long time now I remember why. Coupons came in the mail so I thought I’d order dinner. First wanted to order as a guest so I didn’t have to give my personal info especially my email but, you still have to. After you’ve entered your order then you put in the coupon code. Every one I tried a message popped saying “Not available at this store” Odered anyway since family was excited for pizza. It was over $50. The boneless wings are so hard you can barely bite through them. Got no dipping sauces. The pizza and cheese bread are[ not good. It’s extremely salty and doesn’t taste good at all. So essentially I flushed over $50 down the toilet. Why mail out coupons if you can’t use them. I will NEVER, NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it.

Tried to order a pizza online for their 13.99 deal for a three topping pizza. The website would not let me complete the order so I called the store. I told them I wanted the 13.99 deal. They tried charging me around 25 dollars. I reiterated that I wanted the 13.99 deal. They said okay. Went to the store and waited longer then 15 min. When I got my pizza there was only 2 toppings on it. I brought it back and they happily remade the right pizza. When I looked online it said 11.99 for take out. I complained about the wait and just asked for 1 Cookie for compensation. They said they could not but could give me a credit or a soda. I said I didn’t want that. They said they couldn’t do anything. So I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t refund it until the till was closed. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me a cookie. They lost money on two pizzas because of this.

Waiting almost an hour for my pickup order. Of one pizza and two orders of wings. Initially they said there was an issue with the pizza and that was the delay. Then they said they hadn’t started the wings and it was going to be longer. Then they told me it would be even longer, 3 more times. I then asked for the wings to be cancelled and refunded. Took my pizza, not even half my order, and got home to a cold, mushy pizza. The WORST pizza hut experience I have EVER had.

I have never came to this Pizza Hut but today it was on my way home. I go to Pizza Hut a lot. The people here were absolutely the nicest people at a Pizza Hut I have ever dealt with. Clean too.. Greeted me out side right when I pulled up 5 min early. Let me know it was almost ready. I went in to wait for it and a sweet lady greeted me at the register. The gentleman yells from the back it’s almost done. Pizza was great Made! Made my night. Love kind people.

We had a horrible experience with this place last weekend. We ordered 2 pizzas about 9:15 pm, and we were waiting for it until 10:45 pm and the pizza never came. They took the money, of course including Doordash service and everything, and after that they didn’t care. At this point we haven’t gotten our money back, a credit or anything like that. This was a RIP-OFF. We had to go to bed starving.

I put the order in at 8:30 PM never received my food the next day I tried to call them from the time that they opened until 1 PM and could not get a hold of anybody kept getting picked up and then hung up so I decided to go in there come to see the manager sitting down, literally ignoring all the phone calls saying that they pretty much close anytime they need to after eight when their store hours says 10 PM I will never come here again. It was such a terrible experience. The store was filthy inside when I got there.

I have never induced vomiting in my life, but today I think I’ll make an exception. First of all, the “curbside” option was not available because I couldn’t even call the store. Why? Their phones don’t work!? I reached a call center who had no way to contact the store and inform them of my being there waiting for my online order. I reluctantly had to go inside, even though I was sick. When the employee grabbed my pizza, it was sitting on a shelf inside a bag.

Ordered thru app for carry out. Showed up and store was closed no one there, lights off. Ordered during during business hours listed on Google. Good thing I clicked I would pay with cash otherwise they would have just taken my money with no pizza. Wasted my time. Don’t go here.
