I ordered a steak salad bowl with extra fajita veggies. There was barely ANY fajita veggies or lettuce. I am really disappointed with this location. I can’t find a Chipotle anywhere in the area that will actually serve you the food you’re paying for! I also ordered a bag of chips and guac, the chips were EXTRA salty. I guess they thought I meant extra salt instead of extra fajita veggies. I called the store, it rang forever, no one picked up. I am so pissed right now, I will never eat there again! #notslay Chipotle!

Not a drop of soap or sanitizer in this establishment OF FOOD! I wonder how long they’ve been out! Disgusting. And it’s very dry the container so you can tell it’s been awhile since even the residual has evaporated. I’m sure not every single person hold their pee the whole shift

Service was horrible, bowl wasn’t full and overcharged for something I didn’t ask for. Steak was handed in a small cup instead of scooped out normally for some reason. Person cleaning the table dumped hot sauce on the floor and left it there

This is the 4th time this has happened from the same guy. I always ask for a little bit of sour cream and this is what I got. The girl ringing me out even says that too much but the guy just ignores you. I’m a very peaceful guy but after getting home to eat I was disgusted. I will be letting dude know the next time I visit!

I can’t believe this place just open and it’s so disgusting. The manager of this place don’t care about the cleanliness at all. The outside is worst too. I won’t recommend this place at all. I can go to Taco Bell or Panera and they will never look like this. The counter where they serve our food is so bad, dirty and the flies (the flies ). Every person who walked in complained about it. I think they should change the manager and all the employees. The safety hazard in this placed is unbelievable.

I can’t make this up!! I ordered chips and guac, only to get home and I was given pinto beans and chips. Who eats chips with pinto beans?? After reading the other reviews, I definitely concur that this location needs a complete radical management and employee training and overhaul.

I think after the initial grand opening etc. I think they took a lot of things into consideration and revamp their style. I went there today and it was flawless Everything was in order everything was on point. The service was great five star. The food was amazing. Although I am a critical reviewer I have nothing negative to say about this establishment. It makes sense for the beginning of things to get situated. However I believe they took notice and made a lot of changes, As far as the prior reviews. Super young energetic staff amazing cashier I thought they did amazing.

This complaint Regarding Inaction, Indifference, and Favoritism by the General Manager Tony and Field Leader Rudy Towards Managers of This Location. The managers in question, Mr. Corey and Ms. Diamonique, have been found to be in violation of carrying and use of marijuana during their work shifts. Despite their misconduct and clear breaches of protocol, neither Mr. Corey nor Ms. Dominique has been subjected to appropriate corrective measures such as testing or termination, which would help prevent such incidents from recurring. It is troubling to note that both Managers Tony and Rudy are fully aware of the situation and appear to be providing support for these individuals. Numerous concerned customers have come forward, reporting instances of misconduct attributed to Mr. Corey and Ms. Dominique, these misconducts involved several instances where Corey have brought a female to the premises of the restaurant with visible signs of sexual affection, which is unacceptable, especially when it takes place in the kitchen in front of the guests. However, no discernible actions have been taken to address these serious allegations. This lack of accountability, coupled with the apparent reluctance to take necessary steps, raises significant concerns about the ethical standards and integrity of the leadership at this establishment.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered from Uber eats and the poor driver calls me to tell me she’s at the restaurant to get my order and they’re telling her they can’t find it and that I need to place it again. I received confirmation of my order and the money was taken from my account. I advised the sweet driver to ask to speak to a manager while on the phone me. She did, after repeating herself to them about 5x what she was there for and my name they finally found my order. When the driver got to my house to deliver she said the workers were so rude and thought it was funny that the order was “missing”. My bowl is sloppy and cold. Horrible. I’ll be sure to tell anyone I know not to come to this location. Straight trash!
