Didn’t get my extra sauce I paid for wasn’t well done and showed an hour after it was supposed to be here and the quality was horrible on both the pizza and cheesebread and on top of that when I called to express my issues there wasn’t anyone there that could do anything. The delivery driver and young lady I talked to on the phone where very polite and apologetic but couldn’t do much felt bad for them because the managers left them out to drowned.

So I ordered 20 minutes before I got here. They told me 20 minutes. I show up from the beach with four hungry tired kids. I get here and they haven’t even started. So now I’m upset. Management seems incompetent. I explain to Hanna and you know what she’s does? After having to wait 45 minutes for two pizzas? She gives me 2$ off. What an insult. My kids are hungry. In my car. All this for pizza? When I was 18 I worked for domino’s and this should of been handled better. Shame on you guys. An hour for 2 pizzas and 2$ off. Times must be tough.

Went to pick up my order at 5:45 and was told it wasn’t in the oven. They bumped it up, it was done at 6 however it was wrong so they had to start over. Said they were all new and learning the system. It was at 7PM that I realized my new order wasn’t in the oven yet. I requested a refund. The manager said they were new, just out of training and that the owner would not answer their calls. Their delivery driver came in and quit on the spot. It was a mess and I left without my order. Felt bad for the staff there, they were sitting ducks.

My husband came in and pickup some pizzas he brang them home.!! And when we opened the box we looked at the hot peppers a there was a bite clearly taken out of it and it was just stem in both boxes !! Call the Mchenry location talked to( AMBER) an she said she packaged them her self. A the manufacturer peppers come that way and I just grab them to put in boxes ! So when we told them that why would they put stems in a box and not a hole pepper they accused us of won’ting free !! We will not be buying or eating at this papa Jon’s

Ordered a 6-cheese Pizza with bacon but got an undercooked, regular cheese pizza with a piece of chicken lodged in the dough. high schoolers have made better pizza than this. Big yikes.

I came in at 1:15pm on April 29th 2023. I want to praise your staff! Very clean store, super friendly and personable staff. The delivery kid I encountered when picking up my pizzas was very cheerful and kind. He held the door for me even though his hands were very full too, I thanked him and he politely responded, “you’re welcome, you have a great day ma’am.”. I was very impressed by him with his thoughtfulness and kindness. Hat’s off to your awesome staff.

I ordered a small pizza and it was not good at all because they didn’t stretch my pizza to standard. The person making the pizzas tonight should be retrained on how to stretch the dough properly. Ordered a large pizza and garlic knots, both came out hot and fresh, nothing wrong with the order, but almost finished with the pizza, there was a hair imbedded in the cheese. Lost my appetite instantly. Not sure if the employees wear hair nets, but definitely should invest or reevaluate how to wear them.

Great experience every time I pick up a DoorDash order, but this time, James was especially helpful and on the ball! The food always smells amazing . Hand sanitizer right as you walk in, staff is diligent about wearing masks (HUGE plus in my book!)
