A large curly fry that could fit in a small box. Apple turnover… No words, really. Rude drive thru worker. This place is so inconsistent that science can’t even explain it. Needs new people from the owner down. Don’t bother replying we don’t want nor need anything free, just fix your issues.

Every visit is the reason we return regularly. Great service, these employees deserve to be recognized, maybe even a raise. It’s because of them I returned as a regular. The other Arby’s, two different ones just didn’t have the greatest food. Service was okay, but it was a major turn off. After over a year, we tried this location. Now it’s at least twice a month we’re here. Love it again finally. Maybe it’s the part of town, or the management, I don’t know. But everyone makes this place and the personality of the restaurant a wonderful experience. Not one more than the other, they all deserve a little something from the company letting them know they are appreciated and the Arby’s name is better for having them as employees. I dine-in or take out instead of the drive through because I like the environment and how I’m treated

It took a few minutes to get someone to help us place our order but they were kind and friendly when they talked to us. The food was prepared quickly and tasted great. Only complaint is that this location is always very cold when we go.

I decided to give Arby’s another try after greater than 6 months due to the errors in my last order. I just cannot stand going thru the drive thru and getting home to find I’m missing a key item. Anyway, I was going home last night after finishing a 12 hour shift and decided I didn’t want a burger, and would give Arby’s another try. So I’m at the drivethru window and get my food and ask for 3 horsey sauce for my double roastbeef sandwich. Well, the girl at the window says “you can only have 2 with each sandwich”. Really, I said, you put 4 Arby’s sauce in my bag. I didn’t even ask for those. She just smiled and closed the window. HOW RUDE. So when I get home (about a mile away) I pull the food out of the bag and the fries are old, greasy, and hard. They had to have been SEVERAL HOURS OLD, maybe because I asked for crinkle cut instead of curly fries…? They were truly disgusting and I had to throw them away. The sandwich was good, but I really like Horsey Sauce and was limited by the drive thru girl. Again, HOW RUDE. How can they have this much power over someone’s meal???

Got extra charged for lettuce on a buffalo chicken wrap I ordered regular…. Got it and it didn’t have lettuce I was upcharged for.. took 18 mins to get our food. Dine in.

I love Arby’s and they took the one close to me away, but this one is very nice and I can get my favorites, well all of it is good. I like the chicken sandwich, curly fries and jamocha shake when I can get it. And I’m old enough to remember when Arby’s first started.

I swear to God if I could give zero stars I would! To start the cashier was super rude. I had to ask her if the register was open because she walked up and just looked at me. But the worst part of it all was the fact that the cashier who deals with MONEY and buttons also was handling food without washing her hands in between. To top it off she played with her eye lashes or headphone the entire time then decided to stick her fingers in my container. I had to ask her twice for a container that she hadn’t stuck her UNGLOVED and UNCLEAN hand in. Just a mental note to avoid this location and to always go inside! You never know what’s going on with your food!
