A young lady named Brooklyn took my order. I was having a rather bad day as I had run into unexpected traffic, a power outage and some other things. She has a smile that can light up a room and had the most pleasant demeanor and attitude. Her service was very professional, prompt and courteous. I placed a delivery order through the restaurant. The order showed up with 1 of the 3 salads and no soup. I tried reaching out to the store but can not get through. I got through to the Chick Fil A cares line but that is not store based. He could only take a report and send it to the store. He could not get me my food delivered nor could he get me a refund. So now I have PAID for 3 items that we did not receive and he states the store will issue the refund when they read the report… when do they read the reports you ask… guess what he had NO IDEA… This is unacceptable.

We are teachers and this was going to be are breakfast for that day, we were excited when it arrived. We had Chicken Biscuits Platter, Friut, Hash browns, and Bacon egg and cheese Biscuits those who wanted one grabbed one,next thing you know you here teachers saying I must have grabbed the wrong thing because the Biscuits had Only Bacon on them the egg and cheese where missing there were alot of disappointed Teachers.

Shout out to Toni in drive-thru! She was one of the most pleasant servers we’ve had at any Chick fil a (and we go a lot). She greeted us with a beautiful smile and a genuine greeting that showed she truly cares about GOOD customer service. Toni should be the poster child for Chick fil a because THAT’S HOW IT’S DONE GIRL!! Keep up the good work and you’ll go far in life!! You’re on your way!! God bless!!

This chick fil a is terrible. Avoid. Especially if you order delivery. The past 2 times I have ordered delivery they forgot part of my order. Today it was a salad and a milkshake… def avoid because if there is a problem with your delivery order there is no way to call the store directly. You will only be connected to a general hotline. Now the rest of my orDer that was correct is cold, and there is no resolution. Going through the drive thru do not ask for anything extra, especially if it costs because they will not honor it. The last time I went through the drive through I paid to add bacon on my sandwhich and didn’t receive it. Today was the final straw it, they charge 30% extra for the food and $3.99 for a delivery feee yet I am always missing something out of my order!! There is seriously something wrong with this location. Avoid and go to one of the many other locations in the area, unless you like to be cheated out of your money 🙂
