So my friend and I walked in and placed an order for pizzas we were told it would only be about a half hour understandable they were busy so we waited a half hour and proceeded to the counter. Tge employee asked asked us for our order number and he said it was even ready meanwhile another gentleman walked in and placed an order and got his pizzas in 10 minutes. The employee continued to stare at my friend and I and assured us that we would get our pizzas as soon as possible we waited a total of an hour and one of our pizzas was burnt will nor return to this location again

BUYER BEWARE: Dominoes on County St Attleboro. Last night, 8/24/23, we placed an online order through their app that included a pizza and breadstick. They delivered the wrong order to us. The pizza and appetizer were totally incorrect. The pizza had pineapple on it and we are not a pineapple pizza fam so it wasn’t even something we could eat. I called Dominoes and told them about the error & asked them to send our correct order. I was told by a young man named Hayden that if I wanted my correct food I had to come down and pick it up myself. I told him that didn’t seem fair because they made the error. I was told “it is what it is” & if I wanted the actual food I ordered and paid for then i needed to come pick it up. He refused to let me talk to a manager and said there wasn’t one there at the time. I was pretty disappointed but I told him I would come pick it up asked how long I should wait for my order to be ready and they said “come now”. When I got there I returned the incorrect food they delivered. They did not have my correct order there and also weren’t in the process of remaking it. There were 6 employees working and none of them knew what happened to our order nor were working to fix it. At this point I was not interested in waiting any longer. Their manager Romeo said he could refund my order so I asked him to do so. When I asked for a receipt or email confirmation of the refund he said he couldn’t provide anything because it wouldn’t process until the morning. But the charge was showing no reversal in the morning as promised. So I called to follow up with the opening manager. An older sounding gentleman with an accent told me he “knew nothing about my problem and couldn’t help me.” I asked for his name and he refused. I asked for the franchise owners name and he refused. At this point it feels like Dominoes Attleboro has stolen my money. I am appalled at the lack of customer service by so many employees. We had had a long day of planning a funeral and just wanted a hot meal that was stress free. This experience was anything but stress free

Good price ordering with online coupons. Bote 2 types of tomato sauce. One is more spicy than the other, I change from the default selection to the less spicy, excellent. Use 3 topping often tomato, onion and green pepper. Get large, half supper, half next day lunch stored in ziploc bags in fridge, moisten with water and drain excess, then warm in microwave at about 70% power. Try 20seconds and test. Works excellent.

Well, it was not that I thought. Didn’t look anything like that big one smoldering in cheese. Could not taste the crust, it did not make my taste buds happy. Not horrible just flat . Perhaps other foods are better.

Tried to call and order delivery and took 20 minutes to get a hold of them at 11 at night. The guy on the phone would answer and not say anything at all, then just put me on hold. Tried to call off another number and he did the same exact thing no mannerisms at all. After all that they don’t even deliver to a house that is 6 minutes away, and also he tried to say the wait would be an 1-1/2 hours when they close at 12. (seems weird to me) Super aggravating.

Save yourself a gross meal and dine at another dominos location. Ordered pizza and chicken on different days to see difference. Both times pizza and chicken were undercooked and soggy. Today our chicken was drowned in Buffalo sauce super soggy and not cooked fully. Pizza tasted like cleaning product and crust was super white still like both items were not cooked to standard or long enough at all. Didn’t bother getting a refund just going to have to hard pass on this location and recommend you take the extra drive to receive an edible meal.

The general manager Romeo is the most unprofessional “manager” I have ever encountered. I have worked in the food service industry myself, so I understand how tiring it can be. However, the store has gone downhill these past few months. The store seems disorganized and when I went in recently this “gm” was rude and dismissive towards me and other paying customers. Don’t waste your time on this location.

They will jump through any hoops to avoid giving you a refund when necessary. No I don’t need a second pizza to be delivered or a subpar coupon!! If I didn’t get an item, I shouldnt have to pay for it. Very unfair and I’ve been brought to tears so anxious and upset because I’ve lost money, since Domino’s is so expensive as well. Truly terrible customer service. If a customer doesn’t receive something, just give the money back. That is how you keep customers that might want to use that money on you again.

NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!! I ordered a pizza for delivery but received a cold pizza and it was the wrong order. I called to let them know and I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes only for the worker to return to the phone and say call back in 10-15 minutes because they were busy. I said “absolutely not. I waited my turn already”. He proceeded to say well, there’s only 2 of us in here and there’s nothing I can do so you’ll either have to wait or call back. I was really sick and that’s why I paid the $4.99 delivery charge in the first place because I literally live 1 minute away. I was so upset, I immediately got dressed and drove to domino’s, mind you, they still have me on hold on my phone, only for me to walk in there and see 5 workers plus the manager. Smh…The worst customer service!

Ordering from here is a crapshoot, they’ll either get it right or make your food terribly. And you better hope they don’t forget some of your order or you’ll be waiting LONGER A UNTIL YOU GET IT. Do yourself a favor either pickup your food yourself or get delivery from somewhere else
