In general, the drive-thru service today was good but the drinks were out of syrup and so when they made my drink it was really watery but I chose not to take the time to make them remake it. But in the future don’t give someone a drink like that, it’s gross

The absolute worst drive thru in Leesburg! Every time I have been, there is at least a 30-45 minute wait to use the drive thru. They also make you park the speaker from which you order until the food is ready. You are not allowed to pull up to the window to pay/pick up until they tell you to move.

Writing this review after a lot of visits. Food is Always Cold, orders are always wrong. Like literally, I give you all chances, why can’t management or Franchise fix these small issue. Hot “temperature” wise would be nice. This isn’t a hate post, it’s to let management and ownership to fix their prices.

I’ve been going to this location since 2008. The staff is efficient, and to memory, I’ve never had an incorrect order or otherwise bad experience. Are they overly friendly? No, and they aren’t paid enough to be over the top friendly. They also aren’t paid enough to be CONSISTENTLY efficient and correct, but they are.

My 7 year old special needs kiddos LOVES taco bell, and we live a 1 min drive from this location so we are frequent flyers. The people who work here are always so nice, and there’s at least 2 employees (1 guy with tattoos and earing and a shorter Hispanic lady who wears her hair up) who have worked there for a long time and they’re always great, and very nice! I’ve only ever had one major issue with my food, and they had forgotten to cook the cheesy roll ups I ordered. It was honestly kinda funny, I took it back and they fixed it. And once in a while they might forget the extra cheese sauce I order but that’s easy to over look when I order chips that already come with it. It can be confusing so I just double check for that. But I must say 99% of the time my whole order is correct! They very rarely mess up even if I get a lot of different items in a complicated order. Which is AMAZING for fast food. At this point I trust this taco bell location over chick fil a to get everything right!

There were 3 workers, 2 were ok, but 1 was nasty and rude. One item was ordered no cheese, so we asked for some clarity on which item had no cheese. You would’ve thought I asked for a whole new order. Extremely sassy and zero customer service skills. Sadly the other 2 had to work with her.

If I could give more stars I would. Location was clean, workers were friendly, food came out delicious and prices were low. The management here is supreme and I highly recommend. Try the Spicy Cheesy Double Beef Burrito, it’s indeed superior.

As someone who loves taco bell its hard to give this low of a review but this specific location is bad. Its the closest one to me so I go all the time. Before covid I would dine in and everything was fine. Now with the to go ordering or drive thru I am always missing something from my order. Every time without fail one or more items i ordered is missing. I blame myself for not checking the order before walking away but still how can they have this bad of a track record?
