It’s really a shame to have to leave this bad review because for Wisconsin this place has really good pizza. And their chicken is pretty great as well. The problem is not the food, it’s the employees INCLUDING the manager. Called to order on Friday like I always do to get pizza and chicken. The phone girl was decent but was having trouble understanding my order. So she proceeded to put the “manager” on the phone who is extremely rude and condescending. I’ve been working and managing restaurants my entire life . I understand it can be hectic and frustrating at times but to let your frustration out on customers is pitiful.. it’s called customer service. You Either love it or hate it. And if you hate it, maybe you should find a new career ♂️

The food was mediocre. Almost everything was drowning in sauce that tasted like it came out of a can. Service was very slow with our plates coming out all at once, except for the soups which we had to remind the server after 15 minutes of sitting there. The worst part was how we were duped twice. The first was that the soda refills were free. 4 adult sodas refilled 5-6 times we got charged for, we found out only after we got the bill. The second time we were duped was when we were told our dinners included desserts. The server gave us a list of choices. But she never mentioned that only ice cream was complimentary, so when we ordered tiramisu and cannoli, we got charged full price. Which was still frozen, so cold the fork couldn’t go thru it. Then the server stated that because our group was more than 5 people they automatically add the gratuity to the bill. When we asked about the additional charges we didn’t understand and were never properly informed about, she got impatient and trying to rush us to pay the bill so we could leave. I will never go back and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. A word of advice asked ahead if drink refills are free and make sure to get the correct dessert if it comes with your dinner.

We pre-ordered an paid online, when went to pick up, they were unsure of my order, an was running behind. They apologized when brought it out. I asked the waitress if everything was there, it was a large order. She looked at the receipt read it off to me, and said yes. When, I got home an took everything out of the bag, an open everything up- 2 of my items were not there. Called, they said they forgot to make 1 of them, an have they other. After, I insisted I didn’t have them, they said they would make 1 of the 2 items, an they would not deliver, I’d have to come back an pick it up. I had company for Mother’s Day, as of now I’m out 21.00 an food. Besides that, food was great.

Saraphino’s has almost the BEST cheese & sausage thin crust pizza I think I’ve ever had! I just had this pizza delivered, and while it took them 65 minutes to prepare and deliver it, it was WELL worth the wait! Cheesy, great sausage, and nice crunchy crust. Perfect. Thanks, Saraphino’s!!

The mushroom onion steak sandwiches are *amazing*ly good. The fish fry is really lackluster and not worth the price. Three stars bc of the fish fry, and because the driver who delivered to me said “dude, come on” as I answered the phone, over the line. I was not slow to answer.

I was with a group that went there after a funeral very recently. Sucked. We never got our soups. We were asked if we still wanted them after we all finished eating already. By that time everyone said no. I kept asking for water and never received one until I was three-quarters done with my meal so I had nothing to drink until then. I was ready to go in the bathroom, cup my hands and get a drink that way. Absolutely ridiculous. The food was mediocre at best.. Never going back.
